Or you could go with I think the deal is close without any evidence.

Hard to find details of this company that’s gone private and backed by a consortium of investors- haven’t a clue who can finalise the deal on their behalf so can’t see any guest appearances later

The current CEO of Calvalley listed on companies house as of today died just over a year ago.

Can anyone explain why the critics of SOU give detailed and accurate posts on this BB and the rampers give no actual facts regarding cash flow etc. and just continually use phrases like the deal is close etc. How long has this deal been in the making and where in an RNS shows HOW progress has been made towards the deal being finalised? Always love a poster who claims to be in profit ! It just backs up my suspicions on how much BS ramping goes on here. I just look at the SP chart and do my own maths . KTF claims to be doing well by buying a few shares at 80p plus but then buying millions at sub 1p !! The SP is about 0.8p and hit lows around 0.45p. I just think you are both liars and are desperate for a deal to come.

For what its worth the deal of the century (being going on that long !) won’t proceed. The Moroccans don’t want to see some shabby company based in the UK to get profits from their land. They are happy for sound to carry on progressing (albeit at a snail’s pace) and knowing they are short of cash and no big backers behind them. Do you honestly think they will allow small retail investors to benefit from their own natural resources? It’s been a farce from the start.

I think you need something stronger if you still predict 6.3p SP if the deal goes through. Look at the trades- hardly institutional buying going on . 2 sides to every argument

When you say “muck” would you care to provide actual evidence via any RNS issued that any existing directors have actually bought shares in this company. It’s a simple request that can prove me wrong or you know better.

Good for you being in profit ? Directors still have a chance for cheeky top ups aside from the fact they’ve never actually bought shares to top up and why would that be ? Answers on a postcard to “the directors see no value here only downside in what they know from the inside “ The non investors seem to be getting it right whilst the cheeky top up merchants are thinking what was I thinking 😱

KTF - even you have expressed delays are a concern and you have become the biggest fan of Sound over a couple of years now.

A straight forward RNS not twitter or any other channel would be the best way to inform the SHs of progress or lack of would be the right way forward but they choose not to do that which has led to a total lack of confidence in management and hence the SP is where it is at.

Graham could just provide an update in a legal way and inform SHs via an RNS. It’s called transparency

Note my point about positive RNSs in last 2 years let alone 7 ! The directors have had plenty of opportunities to buy shares but not one ( not one !) have chosen to do so ! Why would that be apart from the SP has fallen year after year and they don’t want to lose money and they knew what was coming and still downside to come.
