Let’s say someone (not KTF obviously) bought a modest £10,000 of sound shares at 50p (nowhere near the high of £1) that’s 20,000 shares and didn’t sell any they would be at a loss of £9,840 at 0.8p current price. If they then bought 3.28 million shares at a low of 0.5p they would have to invest £16,400 . Their shares at 0.8p would be worth £26,400 today i.e. break even. How many investors bought at higher than 50p but were savvy enough to buy more than 3.3 million shares when the price was at rock bottom ?? No wonder there’s so much ramping going on

Oh Dear a few upset investors this morning.

Can you not see that posts challenging the company and the rampers were to deter other people investing in this share or existing SHs piling more into buying golden tickets to avoid losses that others have learnt lessons from.

I’ve been investing in this company for over a decade and could see the writing on the wall and got out at a loss but not as big as a loss if I stayed in.

You carry on hyping but it’s the BOD you should be having a go at.

Can someone explain how they can’t deal for 30 days prior to a financial statement and publishing accounts ( after which they buy or sell as much as they want as long as they declare it via an RNS ) and there’s only been 2 such periods in many years . Nothing to do with sensitive information as that would have to be disclosed in such statements . Just doesn’t add up - Directors buy and sell all the time !

So they addressed the issue first and said that due to closed periods that was not possible over many years. In a follow up question they admitted there were 2 open periods in the last few years and directors bought shares. Can anyone point to the RNS’s they were legally obliged to disclose these purchases?
