Hey guys. I’m invested and have been buy since £1.60’s. I think boohoos a great high growth business stuck in a rut because of the global economy. Cost of living and inflation is just hurting the fast fashion sector.
The business is like an empty shell with significant intangibles but lacking infrastructure. It’s good to see significant capital investment, I keep hearing in the newspapers that the company is facing competition, I wonder how much of an impact this is really having on a long term basis.
I’m intrigued to see if we can perform well in the US as I think it’ll lead to share price appreciation. Balance sheet strength is another question mark, they need to have the funds to withstand a slowdown also I’m glad they’ve been reducing inventory so they’re not exposed to as huge write downs when they report for the year. Right now, it’s been quiet, which is good. I just don’t want one of them announcement where they say ‘sales will be 2% lower than management previously reported’. It’ll defo be a rollercoaster, but I’m up for the ride! GLA
