#QHE The extended well testing program is progressing well and remains on track. We are pleased with the work being undertaken by the technical team, and the program is expected to continue for another couple of weeks

As we have said from the outset, this testing program was always expected to take time, and the team is making encouraging progress. It is important that the program is completed properly so that the results can be assessed in a considered and reliable manner.

We appreciate that shareholders are keen to receive further information. We're looking forward to receiving the final data and updating the market once the relevant test parameters and objectives have been completed and assessed

We are encouraged by the progress being made and expect to be in a position to provide a more fulsome update shortly

The market will be updated as soon as the Company is able to do so.

Quantum Helium has received formal BIA approval for the Coyote Wash IMDA, a major regulatory milestone that unlocks development across our 100%-owned Colorado project.

🔹 0.97 BCF 2U gross #helium independently verified at Coyote Wash

🔹 Combined with Sagebrush, 1.104 BCF gross 2U helium across our portfolio

🔹 Additional upside of up to 750,000 barrels of prospective #oil at Coyote Wash

🔹 Five drill-ready Leadville helium prospects + multiple Ismay oil targets

At Sagebrush, the extended production test at Sagebrush-1 remains our immediate focus

The well historically flowed gas containing 2.76% helium, and our recently completed high-resolution 3D seismic survey has confirmed the size and integrity of the Leadville helium structure - materially de-risking the upcoming test

Importantly, the Company is fully funded for the extended production test at Sagebrush-1, with all long-lead items secured and preparations complete pending final operatorship sign-off.

With regulatory progress accelerating, 3D seismic now integrated, and over 1 BCF of independently verified helium resources, Quantum is entering a pivotal operational phase across Colorado

CEO Howard McLaughlin, Chairman Carl Dumbrell and Executive Director Andrew Scott spent time together at both the Little Ute-2 oil well and the Ute Mountain Ute Tribal Headquarters - maintaining close engagement across both our operations and key stakeholders

We are sincerely thankful to the Ute Mountain Ute Tribe for taking the time to meet with us and for their continued dialogue and cooperation. The Tribe plays an important role in the progression of our projects, and we remain committed to building a respectful, transparent and constructive long-term relationship as we move towards extended production testing and future development

Little Ute-2 contributes to our producing oil base, generating revenues that support our broader strategy

Sagebrush-1 has produced over 300,000 barrels of #oil and confirmed 2.76% #helium in the Leadville Formation - underpinning our dual oil + helium model

With more than 1.1 BCF of independently verified 2U gross helium across Sagebrush and Coyote Wash and the ILOC now approved by the BIA our focus remains firmly on progressing steadily towards the extended production test and next-stage development
