Danielh id say if the merger does not get approved in december, then sack margarita, and replace her with nick read again,

i would give him another chance to redeem himself again.

Lets hope the merger can finally be approved in december, and no more delays or phase 9 and phase 10 silly investigations. if VM/02 and BT/EE can work together and be accepted, then what's the problem with VOD/THREE. Margharita and her team can do much more to promote the merger and let the decision go more smoothly.

Yeah danielh, and 7 days of rises with vodafone can easily be wiped out with just 1 day of a fall, don't get too excited.

Why would any shareholder support her when she has been with the company for 20 years, she should know by now where the company need to be. i cannot see her making improvements in the coming future

Margharita has been with vodafone for over 20 years! surely she should know the company goals and fundamental's fully in by now, what has she been doing in all that time? i mean, first day on the job, how do we reduce debt, with our network ability around the world how do we become profitable. 20 years, it should take no more than 20 days to work that out.

I think it would be fair to say that with margharita we have to reserve judgement until the share price makes a starter point recovery of at least minimum £1. until then i cant see what she is doing for share holder value

So whats the big difference with what margharita has achieved compared to nick read ?

Beo when price reaches maybe £1 maybe then they can buy/be awarded shares for performance related, the price wont move much now for the next few months
