To be strictly accurate, it says 'it is their intention...' but they also have re-iterated an exit clause.

News about US has already been announced, so just waiting on confirmation that it's started (but not exactly rerateable news). general health stories in the press are a hiccup and could have a negative effect and i'm not sure how easy it'll be for the 'non-nicotine' story can balance that 'health risk' negativity. NHS still like vaping to smoking so there's the upside. just whether that news can breakthrough.

the low is hard to guess at (though it's not going to be major) but the high, in the short term could easily be... 15p?

If it's good then there's ample time to capitalise on the upside.

if it's 'not good' then you have to understand the value of the share without that news. and do you average down on the share without that news? if it can re-apply, then fine. otherwise...

and there's the dilemma. if you have limited funds and can't risk that risk... if you can then buy th dips and make a fortune!

Punting estimates on what the price will be is going to be depenedent on bucketloads of stuff we're unaware of but, primarily, how hard the company wants to gouge the price without tempting rival offers coming in (or even whether there would be another interested party). most of the reason for 'city rumours' about rival bids is, i suspect, just to aloow someone to transfer theri shares into pi hands. the only time rival bid rumours have a true effect is when the company say there have been talks and low ball offers so we can see what the support level is for the sp.

atm, i'd suggest most buyers from the 340 mark are baling as guaranteed profit is better than maybe offer (which folk can get back into if they want, anyway).

so, lets see the sp break 400 and hold it before getting euphoric, eh!

Noone who sells is worred. one can always buy back OR understand that there are thousands of other shares to buy into.

and even if one sold, you can't tell me the news is going to appear in the next 30 mins!

You need to understand that there's no validation gained from the bb. whether you're telling the truth or a gaddamn liar i think you're mistaking the bb as some kind of court of validation.

forget about the bb... either sell up or sell some or buy some but there's little value to 'proving yoursef' on an anonymous bb.
