The only news that's been released is another placing. you're mixing up observations by retailers (unsupported by the company in any rns) with actual news.

the last placing was at 1.1... the PayPT placing six months back was at 1p.

as far as the company is concerned, the only news is that they've issued more shares, as per the AGM.

I suppose it merely delayed the drop by a few weeks. surprised that managed to stay under wraps. suppose the upside is it's now cheap enough to see upside with the new CEO to be announced at some point.

Reckon 185 is the bottom but guess we'll see.

Sp is still over 60 to buy... not saying that's great, either relatively but it was this low earlier in the month. 'course, still a miserable level for lthers but, if you still believe in the things that SAR have been promising for years and years and years then, if mms will give you a chance to buy sub 60 then's the time. i just remember the sp being dropped down to this level last year, just pre AGM and it bounced and almost bagged on BoD buys. not sure they'll come to the rescue this time.

The debt isn't all 'debt' and, as they said themselves, it's the second half of the year that is the money maker.

The 'big' drop is merely small retailers who got in before the news getting out before the share drops to where they bought it, sub 19.

no big investors are dumping... at all. 19.75 looks like support... can easily see this back at 22-24 as people judge where punters will push it but theyre not the arbiter of a final sale price.

if it goes it'll be a bagger. and that's why some are trying to frighten the horses... bit pathetic, really.

Admittedly that won't please people with an average up at 1200 but considering the 5 year average is about 1000p there's plenty for new buyers as far as potential. it's a recovery stock... just depends if you're one of the rampy day chasers looking for a bagger in 20minutes!

While it's true it halves the value of the current share price, you have to accept that today's price is the lowest low it's been and there is the expectation that it will climb back. so, if you want to be more accurate, look at the price pre SAG AFTRA strike and halve that and that's the target price these new shares will be looking for. there's buggger all value in the news shares being sold now so they're in it for the long(ish) haul.

without a formal declaration of interest, the sp will start to slide. it'll just be a matter of if and when that news comes along as to how low it goes, if at all, for buyers to take advantage.

If there WERE something in the making, then Pepsi would just buy Microsalt and then package it as a loso product AS WELL as use it int heir foodstuffs, as proof of their health credentials. so... wait to see if there's a 50p offer to buy up the company!
