That's true but then they probably own EUA as well as GST!

It gets a bit of a mystery when so many green filtered boxes manifest (not today, i hasten to add... most posters have given up for the time being) so have to cler them all once in a while, just to check on who's saying what and if they're of value. can always refilter if it gets abusive... : )

It looks to be getting back to 1p we get a couple of not insignificant sells to pull the sp back. no doubt there'll be another couple of large buys to keep it in this range but, without that acquisition, going to need something else to make the sp rise.

I'm just saying that, based on what was put into the rns when they proposed buying it, it showed a 0.5% profit on $4.2million revenue.

i think $36million is great, though noone knows over what period? and, if that's the same margin, that'd be $1.2mill, divided over however many years.

but i agree, double th emcap looks nice... i'm still in so no argument from me about the numbers. just think they've been too secretive about progress to date. and i think it's fair to say, the secrecy and the amount of news that's still being waited on has caused a flurry of sells that, if i weren't in would make me think about getting in now. but as everyone in here is already... 'in here', i'm betting the sp will need some significant news to get everyone (inlucing the BoD) into profit on this one.

i don't mind investing in something that just had a 24month contract for £2.4mill as a starter and has just raised £677k for manufacturing now that kitemark has been received and interest is 'signficant'.

guess we'll see where their forward guidance is for both...

There IS a problem with being 'profitable':

until the results come out it's nigh impossible to even guess what the profit will be across everything so folk just have to be looking at medium term, unless the results are glowing, which they well might.

Admittedly, these 'going bust' shares do seem to, illogically bag with their last breath... same with delisting shares (though that's usually because the dirty cheap shares get bought up on the 'delisting' announcement and then the company hanges their mind, once they've hoovered up the 'going bust' shares.

oh, i know plety about icon... as i do about aaog (who sefton also murdered before baling) and the connections. and the 'deals' they did with their *** mag, bought by sefton and then 'contracting icon to do their work and then murdering the sp with millions of shares with clns from his partners in european high growth something or other!

as for its, everyone who trades knows about the past year of that abomination and how they bought a gardening company that shot it in the foot and then saw them move to delisting and then get a 'lifeline' from icon!

Those are two terrible companies and ICON is just a money printing machine and a stitch up by whatever the cln funing providers is and their silent partner Sefton. they have milked it of £millions and will now hope to do the same with the new vehicle.

if you're in ICON then you must be a SYME holder too!... probably VAST and PREM, as well. have to say that doesn't fill me with joy that you're here, too!

me too... i could just about cope with a 0.8 but i'd much rather see 0.8 next week, buy more, see the sp recover and sell those at 1.2 before news!

but at least the recent sp fall has bought about some realism about what might or might not happen.

AHS, your point is well made. however, lack of news on 'the acquisition' is also a gamble. we've already seen a 10% drop on that news. if we have to wait for results to get good news then is support for the sp at 0.9? and what (let's just suppose) that the results numbers/profits aren't as glowing as 'as expected' could be?

pick a number for what revenue will be much better than the market wants!

Laughable. PR always serves a purpose. It's to relate to the public... or the market... or retailers.

Some companies pump out podcasts and interviews to 'relate' to their investors. Even when we have a new Angra CEO who is (blow the rampy trumpet) 'a LORD' there's still no investor podcast.

i have not seen one self-promotion on their own twitter account! NOT ONE! there are no links to their assets... no 'how to' demos that might encourage interest or just to show retailers how easy it will be to gain market share.

they look, toall intents and purposes, like it's still in a soft launch.

and it's poor to have public-facing service that is anonymous and has no interest in growth, outside of acquisitions and transfer of existing users.

it's why everyone now waits for news and why it spikes... it's why folk buy in £10k lumps at 0.9ish and then sell for whatever the next spike will be.

next time it hits 1.4+ what the churn (unless the news is stellar).

until then, i'll look to scrape some more cash in case it dips below 0.9.

Jaffy... there is nothing anyone says on any bb that is going to change anything, unless clinically and overwhelmingly ramped or trolled.

people only post to highlight their own feelings about the investment... and that is dictated by the size of the investment or how critical those funds might be. but it's also not helped by seeing other companies on your own personal watchlist blossom. and the bigger the watchlist, the more frequent the missed opportunities.

personally, watching my profits dwindle on threadbare reporting from the company. so, yes... time for a reassessment (but don't think that even the rampiest here aren't also thinking the same but just don't say).

The excuses that holders use for them not reporting... not the company.

still ridiculous question marks over factual numbers from their sites as to actual revenue... zero updates from Pathway progress and no pr on GSMoney outside of the site. there's a miserable twitter account, both in name @LST_GST, ffs, or in any useful sub rns news or progress or 'invitations' to use their facilities, via links.

the repetitive nature of their rns (eg. 'potentially' including acquisitions' doesn't enthuse the market. either acquire or say its for housekeeping.

Wellesley is now CEO but noone thinks it's worth chucking £couple of hundred to announce it because 'there's no need'!

it's no wonder the sp drifts between news. too difficult to ascertain how things are going. if it weren't for this bb (literally noone uses twitter to ramp/promote this company, not even via #GST without getting drowned by indian tax consultants) there'd be no promotional endeavours for the company.
