So, building on the conspiracy theory...22 Aug 2024 13:13
If these 'major holders' have been signed up to... something. presumably it will give them profits,. not sure how supporting Fryer for any possible action to remove him as CEO (though eff knows why anyone would want him to stay as ceo as he's utterly out of his depth OR just working a miserable angle for self gain) benefits them unless they get access to placings that only become apparent after the fact OR they have to see some reward in another way.
either way, if there IS some action to vote him out, unless the cln holders are also supporting him (atm, the conversion at 3p would give them roughly 50% of all shares issued, now) then still can't see how they're helped by keeping him in as, to date, there's nothing really in this company that proves the asset can generate 10kt per month.
and, as you say, unless he has info about the drilling that proves the assets but is holding back that info, what reward is in it for them?
either way, as FCA already have him on their books, maybe they should be looking more deeply into the general conduct here as nothing has come good since its IPO and rns' are issed that have no bearing to the facts or, haven't proved themselves in the sp.
