I don't think i've been wrong at all. the news still isn't forthcoming. i don't count an AGM as news as it's a given.

been six months since the acquisiton placing. then we find out that Bonfirepay don't have the desired licence but need to apply for it so what was the point in mentioning them? am pretty sure there are hundreds of financial companies across EU that have licences. feels like they just punted a name to justify the placing for cash for GS20/Money (which begged the question 'why couldn't they have funded it themselves from the multiples in growth they stated?)

as for the mm's whining... they don't. they just make markets by pushing the sp around. a static sp means no trades so how does that benefit mm's?

i'd say you're wrong on pretty much all your comments but i don't expect you to agree to that.

meanwhile, i can well imagine that if th sp goes sub 0.7 there'll be some buys to push that sp back up again. i'll be trying to take advantage of it.

Lloyd is pretty acccurate, if you want to call that 'bots' or algos. but they do that to make a market... if the sp is static there's no churn. if the price drops you get sellers and buyers. if the price is stuck nothing happens.

if that's what you want to call 'bot' manipulation, fair enough. but that's across the whole market where there's not enough volume... they create it! and it's your job, all of you, to try and take advantage of it!

You're saying that because you want to believe that you couldn't be wrong that this didn't hit placing price. but you had the example of the previous spike and how it fell without news to make it rerate and find a much higher support.

the rerateable news is still at least 2 months away (and that's assuming that it'll be the amazing update that folk have convinced themselves it'll be, without much beyond a para inthe last update) which is fair enough. but the other bits of news just haven't been forthcoming. the only obvious news to come, short term is the AGM and, without guidance attached, they don't do much for an sp.

so, until there's news (and the company just don't ramp their own company) the sp will float down and then rise again then.

but whether it'll push it back to 1.23 is anyone's guess and the only guarantee you'll have is, from wherever support is, those who buy then will make money. the rest, with all their billions of shares just see their paper ebb and flow but with every rise they just increase their rampy talk and pull in new buyers who 'hold for gold' and 10p/£1/£2.50.

You're looking for a reason why this isn't back at 1p because that's where the euphoria of rampy talk with no balance said it will be.

what you're seeing is a slow dribble of profit-taking from the drop before the last rise. doesn't take much to push teh sp down. no idea where the support is (but not the ridiculous comments by a certain tourettes poster) but entirely possible that you'll see sells near to or at 0.7.

there's a reason why you should at least read deramping posters as well as rampers. noone benefits from a bb that's an echo chamber of 'to the moon' and rockets!

... be a bit suspect for them to be witholding news to manipulate the sp. but, i guess, if they're all the way over the other wide of the world, not as if the FCA are going to chase it up.

also throws into question the remaining stake in Semnet as they're only tradable when converted into #GST shares...

if news IS being held back then one has to decide what the holder of the £1mill GST shares will choose to do. presumably, if the sp has a low conversion price then they'll be sold into a rise, presumably triggerd by Senet completion and Easysend acquisition. but so many variables that are pretty much impossible to calculate so... fingers crossed and just keep an eye on the sp.

...but the sells are already coming in slowly. without some big buys to scoop them up not sure what puts the brakes on the sp.

that said, spread just grows so hard to get which are being taken advantage of, buyers or sellers!

Lloyd might well be right. so if that's the belief then the question is do you buy at any price, regardless, as they'll all be profitable when it comes or will the passing of time with possibly no news on DSS, Bonfirepay, etc. get boring and see money tied up when it might be working harder elsewhere... to come back befor einterims and see if there's a discounted price!

so, go all in on one or t'other or do a bit of both.

Never seen a company that name drops acquisitions so often and yet takes months and years to complete!

added to the fact that they never add anything between first mention and conclusion. only upside is that they seem to all finally conclude!

look at the 12 month and there's not a lot to differentiate!

a bit desparate as a 'feel good' ramp during an extended period of no news. 5 months since the 1.05 placing with 'maybe acquisition' and almost 3months since they named Bonfirepay. was at 1.23 immediately before the placing.
