Most placings will indicate, specifically, if it's for a buy out. not for window shopping. they are faaaar too closed mothh with their workings.

the only tie this share does well on the euphoria and overbuying from the retail who own, i suspect nearer to 70% of this now, once the £2million is trades.

they really had better who some insti interest from this placing, rather than just opportunist forward selling.

about time they did a proper pr job on what they#re doing and sorted out some media responses, in time for whatever this is going to buy.

Well, billy, that's a bit of a change, saying they've got £500k in the bank, from multiple pillars all making profits... so much so that they could afford to take bake for cash (obviously, in retrospect, not very expensive, considering the dire straits they are in from a couple of years back)

That's not true. most placings state what they're for, even if it's just 'working capital'...

i seriously doubt they could find £2million without some explanation of what it's for as noone would just punt that kind of money on the hope of forward selling...

As i recall, it was weeks between placing and announcement, last time. trust it'll be different this time...

I think the point is to sell on the spike/rise, not at the bottom , for a trade. if you'd sold some at 3.5 even 2.5 would make you 30%+ in extra shares. at this price it's 'sell 2, get a free'.

Not 'glory', at all. i've been harangued and insulted many, many times for suggesting that share prices go up AND down... i think 3.5 down to 1.9 rather makes that point!

Everybody has been 'had;... but not by BoD but the 'guru's of GST to parade themselves across this bb, trash-talking anyone who might have a different opinion about the state of the sp and then throwing insults about so any decent descussion is denied.

it's antagonistic in the extreme with no validity.

only trouble is he pays to post such horsew*** and there are very few actual paid up account member who live on this bb so he pretty much balances out the income from GST fans.

thanbksfully, the number of posts is more valueable that income from a solitary poyer but he's also mutliplied the number of posts so, unless the company decide that honesty is a virtue then he'll be banned.

but, as we knw, datasets count for more unles there's a concerted effort to complain... hence the address in the title.

personally, i report over a dozen of his posts each day when the bb gets infested... but no doubt someone will now tarnish me with the same brush!

I have been holding ALL THE TIME! and i'm merely saying what i think will happen... it's tiresome that folk think they know me when they know buggger all about me.

Still say @LSE_GST could take a leaf out of bake.io's book and actually create a buzz about the company. ridiculous how supported and enthusiastic their site is compared the the now parent company.

i'm saying that 65million opportunist shares have been passed on to others from 3.6 > 2.8 so a lot of herd shares are now in other hands, hands that believe at those prices they were worth buying.

while i wouldn't be so crass as to say '4p next', o doubt with the next news (and anticipation of that news) if 3p is the selling price than i can see 3.2 by close, with a rising price as the days pass. not to say there aren't still fairweather holders who might want to bail but i can see low 3s short term.

So many pi's now hold over 1million shares 500k sellers could easily be then. over 1billion shares are now in retail hands so... but i won't be surprised to see more 500k sells as the sp starts climbing again. but impossible to say if Garries is out or not... as long as the sells don't swamp the rise...

Guess some of the chasers are now back buying GST after MFAI...
