As soon as they buy (and in quantity not to look like a token gesture for a crypto platform) then all the discussions evapourate.

just as long as they don't undercut the sp in doing so.

this SHOULD be at a better price than it is and the only reason it isn't is the company's poor reputation for communication, giving confidence that the business is making good money.

So they're going to copy vivanz and buy £4.5million BTC for cash resources?

best hope is they find the cash to do it, like SWC did, at a signficant premium, on the basis that the price will rocket, with even medical companies now jumping on the treasury bandwagon.

Other London listings to announce bitcoin treasury policies have been Vaultz Capital PLC, which on Tuesday said it bought GBP774,570 worth of bitcoin. Vinanz Ltd adopted the same treasury strategy, saying on Tuesday it now holds 56.68 bitcoin, which is worth about GBP4.5 million.

Similarly, Vault Ventures PLC, back in May, established a treasury function focused on ethereum, another cryptocurrency. Earlier this month, it raised GBP1.0 million and will deploy between 50% and 75% of this into ethereum.

As they've never stated the cost of the acqusition and also put a line in something about 'other purposes' it's about as vgue as it can be.

you've litereally no idea how much bake cost, nor metapay, nor any of their purchases. so, as they don't divulge that, it's very easy to say that they divert funds to pay for other projects. 'working captial' doesn't mean keeping the lights on... but it does mean funds to continue work...

and, as you're so keen on asking questions, why didn't they actually buy bitcoin along with the rns? is there a valid reason nto to?

unless you can explain with any authenticity why they didn't buy along with the rns, what explanation can there be, logically? what, they just don't feel like it? : )

So, again, how much revenue and profit will they need to make to be abe to buy BTC in a way that makes a crypto exchane platform credible?

forget '9 fold' revenue... how much profit did they make? so how many bitcoins will they buy? and when?

You're really thick, AHS. they're not going to convert every penny in the bank into BTC... so they will need to place for further cash... i utterly don't believe they're going to announce £5mill profit to be adding more BTC without raising.

you don't buy minimal BTC without looking blooody ridiculous. imagine a crypto platform that only buys 5-10 bitcoins!

if they undercook this then they'll lose all credibility.

Post the rns in the next few days and then you might see a good set up for the update, as long as the financials are good.

heck, they could then even place for further BTC buys during the spike!

It says 'could' in their inaction in buying and announcing it with the rns.

The only waffle was the rns... saying they COULD do something but not doing it... yet (a bit like Easy send).

they are soooo... undynamic, considering they're in the asset that is buzzing... this sp should have someone better than our BoD in charge... someone that the market wants to hear from!

You just love to think you know what traders are doing but you can't make the same calls on the company.

as for buying back in, i did fine, today and have the luxury of waiting for 1.4 before i panic buy...

But don't know if it's temporary!
