Companies can't just make stuff up to alter the sp... there is no 'quickly' to be had... the news comes when the news comes and if the sp suffers while waiting then you just have to see it as a buying opportunity to average down.

Actually, take that back... it's not easy. you can take a punt on the reversal but you have to keep tabs on the trades for ages to spot the clues and it's probably just worth punting if the spread is tight.

but i worry about buying in if the spread puts you 10% in the red if you have to sell.

Zag, there IS a case for riding the ramps, regardless of what you think about th chances of success.

if enthusiasm and belief that the sp is too low for the potential pushes the sp back up to 3.5p (again!) would you discount that ride because it'd somehow not count as personal gain?
