Cross the tees etc etc takes time wife does due diligence for large insurance company a pain taking task but the fact both sides have agreed deal is great news GLA

Found earlier email final due diligence and approvals underway prior to documentation and execution

The fact we’re told negotiating has started a very few short weeks ago and no bad news has landed should be ringing bells and fireworks going off it means nothing has broken down and all going to plan have a glass of red or a nice chilled beer it’s looking rosey might not be quick enough for some but that’s the way the cookie crumbles GLA
