Divi should be announced when the year end results are out on the 13th Wednesday....hopefully a good set of results and better than expected divi

6.1 pence would be nice, totalling 9 pence for the year.

it's normally twice the interim divi, which would make 5.8 pence.

Give or take

20p total divi for the year would be very nice indeed.

14p final divi when results are announced

I understand Barclays did approach Santander awhile back but could not agree on a price.

More shares would need to be raised and offered to shareholders I guess

I currently hold these shares in a normal investment account. I would like to transfer these into an ISA, I have heard of a process called bed n isa, can anyone advise how this can be done please?

The bank reported a pretax profit of £6.6 billion, down from £7 billion the year before.

Barclays said it would return a total of £3 billion to shareholders for 2023 - up 37% on the previous year - including a fresh share buyback of £1 billion and a 5.3 pence per share final dividend.
