With reference to your post yesterday claiming you are not bearish…..of course you. I have noticed it as have others, judging by the number of run-ins you’ve had with people here.

You are a risk averse trader who doesn’t like to hold positions long , so you can afford to be bearish. That’s ok.

It’s not something I’d do though. Over trading has never worked for me.

The institution adding 4m shares in the 7’s and 8’s is a massive vote of confidence imho. Looks like they might continue adding for a while.

Recall reading Jesse Livermore's Reminiscences of a Stock Operator years ago. He made millions and lost millions. He said he always done better when he blocked out the noise, held his nerve, added to winning positions, avoided the opinions of others and just focused on the chart. He made more money while he was travelling around Europe rather than watching the market day in and out which led to over trading

If the first hole they drill is a belter, showing good grades, will they rush out the RNS? How long would they need? Two/three weeks, perhaps a month max I would have thought.

Good comments rob and Impy. I’m quite relaxed here now. It was pretty nerve racking at times going from 500k-2.5m shares when we were in the 2’s and 3’s; it was a calculated gamble which fortunately paid off. It was either that or sell my 500k shares, which had a high average, at a massive loss.

You seem to be hung up on short term time scales of a few weeks for news. Why? If the share price is performing, surely thats the main metric isn’t it?

Your bearishness when the share price was 2.5p was wrong. Your bearishness now at 8p now is equally wrong imo.

If you’re not brave, it makes it that much harder to make big money imho.

Omi is my only stock at the moment. Same for Impy and perhaps a few others here. Frankly, i’m not interested in making just a few quid. I want to make a life changing amount of money so that I can retire.

If I do make it big here, I’ll put the bulk into safe yielding assets and live off the interest and retain a bit for gambling. I’ll have to play it safe then; like you are doing now.

Omi is a multi month, perhaps a multi year play. I’m finally in profit after several years, with a 5p average on my 2.5m holding.

Enjoy the ride to £1 which I think will come.

Yep, they could have raised more but it is better to raise money as and when they need it to drill. Why raise £5m say and leave the money in the bank for a few months?

Good there are no warrants attached, means less dilution. Great market reaction to the placing. Demand is high.

Rob, the share price rise we are experiencing now is different to the rises we had in 2018 (when Newmont first came on board) and 2020 when they started drilling. Those were short term 2 week wonders. This is the real deal IMHO, against a backdrop of a rising gold price which will be $3000-4000 in the next 12 -18 months.

Brad as a geologist knows what we have got here. He is doing a better job than the mighty majors who drilled in the wrong direction.

Rob, its hard to give such a short term price prediction but I think if you are able to hold for 12-18 months I wouldn't be shocked if the share price was £1 or £2 or maybe even more.

Let the passage of time weave its magic.

Isle, the broker will be ringing around asking the placees to convert. Potential £1m+ could end up in the coffers. Obviously, depends on a strong share price but the omens are good.

Sein thinks it won't happen but it looks possible to me.

Rob, I’d say we’re heading to a £50m market cap. I can’t give time scales though. Could be 1 week or 1 month.

Depending on how pep 15+16 pan out, a £50m market cap would not be unreasonable. That would equate to a share price of 20-25p (after taking into account warrants)

Thanks Rob. When we were in the 2’s I did think I’d sell quite a few in the 8’s and 10’s but given the drill results, I reckon I’ll be in for the long term.

Something must be cookin’ for the share price to gallop up today on no news.
