RE: Notes from the webinarToday 08:05
I am chunky shareholder of ORPH and POLB. I intend to hold my positions at least till HASDAQ listings in 2H 2022 (?). Therefore I am interested in fundamentals and news where I could be wrong. I do not need confirmation bias. Hence my pushbacks: 1. $250bn market - massive figure - would bre great to know what does it mean for ORPH? 2. During previous webcast in August CEO answering to Q38 said “I will be disappointed if we wont substantially exceed consensus 2021 sales expectations of £50m” - since then CEO revised down its expectations to £40v (Consensus now at £42). 3. IPOs of the remain 3 spinn offs are pushed forward from before X-mas to early 2022 4. CEO announced that he is working on the merger to increase the size for NASDAQ listings - execution and dilution risks? Other wise he is still very bullish continuously saying to us that POLB is 10x and ORPH is 3x opportunities

Anyone knows the resason?
No explicit confirmation that ORPH will beat 2021 consensus sales, despite talks about pipeline
Despite the news flow on the new contracts CF has not confirmed that core ORPH will beat 2021 consensus sales of £50m (?)
I have inquired with HL. They are aware of poolbeg shares and working with crest to get it to HL. Patience
We now need to hear the clear indication of the impact on revenues for 2021, 22 so that ORPH will beat consensus forecast £50m this year
I agree - the glass is half empty - were are the numbers?
I think you are completely accurate. CEO said we will substantially beat consensus sale of £50m. I read it as they aim for £60. He believes also that ORPH deserves premium to peers on P/sales of 6x. So say premium P/sales could be 7x x 60m = £420m or ~60p per share. Plus the value of remaining 3 spin offs
I suspect we saw selling ORPH to buy POLB
Let’s remember July when we are in December this year . CEO said in June 2020 that core ORPF will substantially beat current sell side analysts’ sales 2021 forecast of £50m. Say £60m. He claims that ORPH deserves a premium P/sales multilple to peers (6x) given its outlook for 2022 sale growth of 30%. So 7x60=£420m is the market cap by X-mas when they confirm the results +130% . . Plus the values of remained 3 spin offs. What am I missing here?
By how much will we be diluted. CEO of POLB said that Poolbeg is capital light. CEO of ORPH said that they put some cash into POLB fir IPO. So they don’t really need fresh capital to grow. But because we are as shareholders of ORPH (before 17 June) will be locked for 9 mos from selling our shares in POLB, they would need to create new shares for new shareholders at IPO. How much cash they will raise, at what price and what dilution we will see?
Why would we be diluted. I do not see share count increases . We just getting our dividends not in cash but in the shares of spin off?
