Spikeyj, for someone not invested and spending day and night posting and counter posting I suggest you seek medical advice, and or counselling. Furthermore, go out, spend time with you family and friends, if you don't have any, join a local group and make friends.

I've been investing/trading since 2000, I've come across many individuals over the years who've based a share for a short while before moving on, but your obsession with EUA is off the scales and I have no idea why. I can hazard a guess, perhaps you've lost a fortune and now very angry and bitter, or you simply enjoy bashing EUA and love the idea of people losing on their investments.

Spikeyj, nobody said with 100% confidence EUA would not do a placing, and if by chance anyone did, then more fool them.

Having said that, there is an strong argument to say EUA didn't have to do a raise, but having done it, it does make sense, stronger balance sheet, loan sorted and etc, and still have the resource in a tin box to sell later on.

Asher7, agreed, this raise is quite strategic and well thought through. The raise serves number of purposes, anyone invested here will know what I'm referring to, in addition this raise gives enough runway without having to sell the stuff EUA have, why sell now when it be worth much more when geopolitics get sorted (I say when, and not if).

Forgot, with stronger balance sheet, auditors will be more relaxed and accounts will get published on time.

Pat2014, I'm not agreeing with you, I'm merely stating how real world/politics operate. The West/NATO/US wants a friendly government, the Russians want a pro Russian friendly government, both sides want want and want, regardless of consequences.
