Oh dear and yes I too think riseagain must be listened too - for balance - he has a "wealth" of experience in this companies history -( well the old one) albeit Newco has same chairman - he is like a Knight of AIM - just trying to save us all from disaster and I for one am very grateful.
I am tempted to take timyprofit now and put it in National Savings Certificates - they do now almost promise 5% annual return on your hard earned.

That's an interesting idea - can you explain why - apologies I am new here and catching up on DYOR !
I understand BRH own a percentage of RMS - and RMS are not a one trick pony - but are the Anti-CV mask manufacturer (Once approved / HSE Lab sorted etc) but have nothing to do with Prof Smythe test breakthrough?

Anyone here got any good pointers for research - I get "Aptamers" are the original peptide molecules for binding to nasties - and "Affimers" are like second generation -I note Para use Apatamers and have all IP after developing own in - house - good move IMO
In the presentation Prof Smythe getting very animated when asked about other pathogens etc as discussed by 6H - (Thanks for replies) - so Para can develop further Aptamers for eg bacterial and larger zoonotic infections?
I still am quite flabbergasted after again digging round the usual Google searches / news / new scientist and Uni blogs - no mention if this breakthrough tech after proof of concept which should be generating a lot of interest in these "unprecedented times" ... (Hate that expression - but it works).
Anyway - can anyone expand further on the history or help with the technical side of the breakthrough?
Any good websites / tweets (Im rubbish at that) or self research notes etc.?
Would be appreciated.

Imagine a test where you can tell the difference whether you have a flu or Covid (19) - as early as next Spring - in minutes.
Or the next break-out zoonotic pathogen !
Para - have developed an In-house aptamer for CV - so can diversify?
Definitely worth a look if looking for a place to park some cash for the next NCYT :)

Bought in here Sept bought in .36 and missed the dip on 08/10 - but added at .34 days later.
Added again today after watching the proactive interview with Prof Smythe.
Then watched a well - weird drop - annoying - so added a few more.
I am convinced this is going to evolve in to something very special but just don't understand the NON reaction (so far) from the market here for the potential.
I smell something funny - and its not my faithful labrador on the tripe .
Very Interesting - conspiracy or just CV test overload.
Either way - if half of what Prof Smythe (not just covid but other pathogen testing) - comes about - then this is a nailed on multi- bagger IMO.

Paraytec / BRH have developed in - house APTAMER for CV19 test - correct?
So they can adapt the test for other virus / flu's etc using a different Aptamer / but same Kit / machine?
Would open up a lot more revenue potential?
