What a joke of rns: bought 25000 by the finance director.

I have added further 60,000 at 29p trying to bring by loss bought during the peak thinking we are turning the corner but the corner seems to be too far.

What a waste of my time and money on Betts family and friends. I hope someone investigate the management behaviours.

2018 audited final year result came out in May 28th 2019.
We should expect the audited 2019 end of year results to be by end of this month.
Hopefully, with latest updates on LOM, share buy back, Cora holdings, Major shareholders and future mining JV will more the share price upwards where it deserved to be with the current gold price. DYOR! GLA!!

Absolutely NOZ85. End of year result rns doesn't have any surprises other than the last year activities, results and portfolio updates.

I personally think the reason share price activities was to do with during last week the Microsoft IOT presentation DA keyscaler was praised as one of the best and that MS interest have reacted the market movement.

LONDON (Alliance News) -
Tern PLC said Wednesday that Wyld Technologies Ltd, a wholly
owned subsidiary of its portfolio firm flexiOps Ltd, has acquired Wyld Research Ltd.
Wyld Technologies will pay GBP78,000 plus a 10% stake in itself.
Gene Myers, chief executive officer and founder of Wyld Research, will take up the role of chief technical officer of Wyld Technologies.
Wyld Research has developed a mesh networking software platform for use with mobile phones and connected devices.
Wyld Technologies is forecast to achieve revenue of GBP350,000 in its first year, Tern said. "I am delighted that Wyld has joined the Tern portfolio. The Wyld platform is solving a significant challenge for disruption and emergency information, providing a means of communicating when the internet is unavailable, without extensive network infrastructure. It is also a valuable way for IoT devices to transmit data," said Tern Chief Executive Officer Al Sisto in a statement.

Shares in Tern were up 6.5% at 5.72 pence.
