Big ask! a 32% rise? on the back of an already healthy rise.
Scamp what do you mean by 'you don't by into it? Do you mean you don't believe the rumour? Or do you mean you wouldn't accept the rumoured deal. I love the Christmas hypothesis. Makes sense if families are kept apart at Christmas.
One woman Councillor clearly stated she didn't understand significant aspect of the planning proposal. Why on God's earth did she not seek explanatory guidance with the appropriate agencies she had at her disposal, prior to the sitting of the committee ? Why would anyone leave it until the day of a crucial vote? By her own admission her actions were gross misssdministration and negligence in a public office. Her arrogance beggers beleife.
As far as I'm concerned yesterday's planning debacle should never of happened. Therefore, had things gone plan, the way they should have; the sp would now be sitting at around 0.46. This is therefore the true value. Let's not forget that.
Denzal I'm more than happy to say I've averaged out. It's a relief. This is a significant milestone for all LTH's. However, It doesn't mean I'm content with what I've got. It means it's all gravey from here. I'm contemplating where this is going. Onwards and upwards. GLA.
Your right Denzel. It's not all about West Newton.
My prediction only accounts for West Newton. All the other projects will add further value in their own right. You have to remember we were sitting at 0.36 before the plug was pulled last year on the EWT and this was pre Wressle planning permission. So I'm predicting 0.80 plus solely on the back of West Newton. That's 0.63 on West Newton alone.
