News on some of the trials can’t be far away and if they can get an order on a par with what Ballard achieve (and the wording in the interims suggest they will) then we’ll be off and Acta could well be on the way to achieving that very rare thing in this sector ………. Breakeven then profit over the next year or two

Presumably the £400k is a sell Got to admit I’m very tempted here, they could do with some regular updates to grab the attention and stop the drip drip slide in the SP ………….. some communication on whether the £40m+ that they still need will come from debt financing as first envisaged would be nice, but even so this does look cheap!

Started buying again, 50k for now ………… Funding in place and the trial periods coming to a close soon and if successful they estimate sales of the Acta Power of 100 to 250 over an 18 month period based on the trials that are on-going at present …………. That figure fits with the size of orders Ballard achieves from Telcos MVS, APFCT, M-Field are all making progress and are repeat ordering the Acta Electrolysers, Acta anticipates that orders for these units rising from somewhere between 100 to 300 units from these partners over the next two years Fundamentally I think this is a great time to buy back and the news flow will hopefully back up this decision over the coming months

Interestingly they only tweet that it is their fuel cell tech that is helping Telstra not their Electragen units ………….. I think the units being tested successfully by Telstra are from the SEFCA/M-Field/ACTA partnership which shipped in October 2012 “The system, which incorporates an Acta 100 L/hr low cost electrolyser and a Ballard fuel cell stack, has been assembled and tested by M-Field Energy Ltd, a system integrator based in Taiwan.
