MyFairLady, I assume you are talking of the operating profit fall - Well yes, this is suprising considering it is supposed to be a growth company. I am just hoping this fall is due to one off admin expenses for the past year.
You are right about the aim costs, I didn't think of that. That could shave a good £100k from the yearly profit.
The dividend is odd, if it is such an amazing growth company, the last thing we want is a 50% dividend.
There are quite a few things about this company I am really scratching my head about. I just hope the people that invested £1.7m in the placing were serious investors who did their homework and who are seeing value here that we are not!
The only thing I am guessing is as their revenue is increasing very sharply, perhaps they will be able to keep costs low in the future, then operating profit will increase much faster.
Hopefully GIS June quarter update will be released in a couple of weeks.
