Over the next 2-3 weeks, the downside here is likely 1.15 if there is a herd of panickers.

Upside is quite literally off the clock....2,3,4,5p is not out of the question.

Took a few at 1.29 earlier. It doesn't look so good now but i'm confident i'll be in profit this time next week.

This guy obviously hasn't even read the news statements put out by the company since the 2 july, has sold out and wants back in.
Why 3p by oct/Nov?
The company is firing on all cylinders and we should get multiple statements this week and through August.
The 3dip survey started last week and was brought forward from and originally planned to start sep 10.
We have plenty of results coming in from different areas over the coming days/weeks.
They are likely bound to be good for many reasons.
GH is running the risk of not only upsetting brokers, recent institutional investors who put down £2.5m at short notice but pi's too saying we are fully funded. I doubt he will risk doing that so am expecting a big run on this over the next week or 2.
I will be holding these for at least 6 weeks and if we are not up at least 25% from here (i expect 200% up from here tbh), i'll sell most of them and put the rest in the bottom drawer.

Is 20p, 50p, £1 achievable here? I'd be interested to read anyone explain why not.

They have 3 extremely promising projects each of which are said to have the potential to hold multi million ounce deposits.

Looking at the ginormous grades of gold reported recently, I would say that is an understatement.

Not only will the profit margins on each ounce be huge with these grades, there will be many millions of ounces there imo.
They need to prove it up now and get on with more testing which they have just fallen over themselves to raise 2 million quid to do (with a further £4m expected soon from the warrants)

This clearly has potential to have high grades of gold per tonne in 3 areas, each of which could prove many millions of ounces of gold with profit margins several hundred pounds per ounce, even with gold at £1000 an ounce. If this gets proven up, gold goes up a bit over the next couple of years, we could have profits around £1000 per ounce. We are talking billions of pounds of potential value here. That is 50-100 times+ the share price today just for one area.

Yes my numbers are dreamy and perhaps toppy, a lot of things will need to get proven up, we will need to raise money along the way but £1+ per share is far from impossible and 1.5p for that potential looks pretty cheap from where I’m standing.

It would not surprise me at all if we get to 5 or 10p on no news. I doubt the price will go below 1p or even 1.25p and think we’ve found a floor so I’m a buyer/holder around here. The Risk:Reward looks good to me around this price.

Results can always exceed expectations along the way. The statements made on 21 and 25 June show this has phenomenal potential.

I can’t help but smirk when I see someone by the name of bhargav telling us all 2p is expensive for this. Lol. GLA.

The gold grades and gold nuggets found at Black Hills and Havieron are phenomenal. I have never even seen grades even a fraction of this. Gervaise said recently (26 June Interview), many geologists will go through a 40 year career without seeing gold grades even close to this. So don’t be surprised if the share price follows through to heights not seen by many either.

5% dilution to accelerate something like this does not warrant a 10% drop from an already low point. I don’t expect to see 1.25p again. The warrants are priced in a clever way to force holders to exercise quickly and get another £4m without risking coming back to the market for more cash.

£6m cash and a £40m market cap is very wrong imo and can see this going up many multiples by year end.

It isn’t in a dodgy area either. I’m sure word will start getting round about this over the next few months, sometimes the price needs to go up first before people properly start noticing finds like this.

GH did state this was fully funded a few times but he did also say if the results are good, then these projects will be rapidly accelerated. Well, expect some good results to come over the next week or 2. You don’t raise £2m cash at short notice on the back of nothing.

If you buy at 2p and sell at 1.25p and blame the company, unfortunately most will not care, especially if it then goes to 5p 2 weeks later. GH will likely have covered himself well here. Some of the same names I notice deramping this were on the ukog board recently at 1p telling everyone to sell for the same reasons (it went straight to 3p within days on no news and back to 2). In my experience, if a company is raising money to keep the lights on, then you should worry about the share price. If it is raising money because they have just found thick gold nuggets in the ground, then you don’t have much to worry about imho. Check the price in a month and this will be the trough of the chart imo.

TDT - What do you think a fair value is to assign to the share price when/if we get the license approval? As you say the NPV is 2.5p for Monchtundra. Surely it won't go up by that much on approval and some of that will already be priced in. The other assets have good value too but it looks like the market has more interest in Montchtundra more than the others - I just wouldn't know where to start to put a value on it.

The chart has 1-2p written all over it here. I only have a small stake here from many moons ago. 300m warrants aren't that bad for 2bn shares in issue. I'm pondering about whether to buy a decent amount under 1p in the near future. Any sensible valuations on this? Is 2-3p possible this year?

Brent was around $48 that time, now its $73 so the margins on this would be DOUBLE before.

This is what happened last time the price went from 0.8p to 11p in 2017.

This time, the board are a lot more experienced in what they are dealing with and will do a better job imho. I just put this up to show and see for myself how fast things can move here. Sorry if it looks rampy, I have been buying a lot down here and have a low average. If it does multibag, am I still a ramper or is my positivity, like a few other more experienced investors here justified? I’m expecting a lot of news coverage and many updates that will make this share under a lot of investors radars. I expect this next operation to be a big success.

It shows that an extra 600m shares + 80m for YA really isn't too much to worry about in the large scheme of things.

If they hadn't been here flipping so quickly and in large amounts, the price would be several pence by now. We'll still be way up next week imo.

We are better prepared now than last time, the dilution was only a small percentage, will only have a short term effect and is largely out of the way now imo.

This is primed to rocket over the next few weeks. Days like today will test your nerve but it'll be worth it for that extra 500-2000%

So much misunderstanding and misplaced negativity posted on these forums you can begin to understand why the share price is so low.

We have traded in excess of 1.5bn shares in a week.

We are still at quite a low price compared to when we first heard UKOG were considering raising cash.

The reason why so much volume has traded down here is because THE SHARES ALREADY HIT THE MARKET LAST WEEK and were already being sold in the past few trading sessions. Same with YA shares issued. I wouldn’t be surprised if all of the flippers are out now.

We have had the largest volume traded in 12 months. (Back when flow testing was about to commence and we had a placing at 0.8p before rising to 11p a few weeks later)

Now we are seeing a similar investor interest, volume and news.

No we are not going back to 1p any time soon. The interest in this share is far too big and many clearly want to be in to see the results as many believe this has got a better than average chance of being a huge win. Hence people are abnormally happy to mop up the extra shares within a few days at a premium. This is an incredibly bullish signal.

This has the potential to rocket at very short notice as we have seen on numerous occasions. This time, hopefully will be the last that we ever see 1p, as we could well be commercial in 6 months.

Oil at current prices, with projected production costs, mean we need to sell around 1 million barrels to get the entire market cap back in profit. Many believe there are many, many millions of barrels of oil recoverable here which could be revised upwards as the incoming data is analysed. That is why the investors were happy to stump up £5m in cash as the share price is very likely underpinned down here.

The only reason the placing price was so cheap is because a well known hater leaked it and we had to raise cash in a forced panic. The share price shouldn’t be down here imo and won’t be for very long. In the next week or 2, the upside here is WAY larger than the downside risk. Hence similar volume to last June/July 2017. We all know what happened in them months to the sp.

Jump off if you have to but don’t come back here with silly reasons why you did, warning others to do the same.

Constant buying Even here over lunchtime. Plenty of Rns's to come, which will surge the sp once they arrive. Interest in this company will only get more and more as the hours and days roll by. I wouldn't be suprised if we end up blue today even with no RNS.

Filter, ignore, whatever, but do not take their posts seriously. These types have a few things in common. They don't ever make much money because they cave into fear every time before they even get started. They like to spread this negativity and fear. Because they hate seeing others win. They love down days in any share because in their minds they were right not to buy, (even if the share is still up 20% since spreading of 3 year old, pointless, irrelevant articles over the weekend)

Pile out on the first sight of any red. This will finish the day up and be way higher next week.

Cyan2 keeps telling us there may only be 200m barrels of oil recoverable. That's only £2 a share of oil recoverable then on current margins.

Yes they do. They have to say this until it is proven up by all of the relevant authorities. It is a highly regulated industry. But once that happens you'll be paying double digits as the much bigger players get involved.
