I've been watching this share for many years and started buying above 1p on the back of Haveiron results.
I've been reading the forums since they began and ggp is by far the best with many knowledgeable and skilled investors. Good to see a few of them are buying another stock I've recently been buying (TSI)
I do not think people understand how big this could get If NC do not buy us out - remember we only have 30% of Haveiron which could end up being worth many billions of pounds. We have 100% of scally which even if it is a third as big as Haveiron, will be worth more to us than Haiveron. That is worth taking into consideration.
A few other things I'd just like to clear up.
1. Newmont sniffing around Ernest Giles and walking years ago causing the sp to collapse is completely different to newcrest spending 10s of millions and pretty much telling us "This is going to get mined up, we're just baffled by how big this is and are working twice as fast on it than we expected!" - it has been considerably derisked.
2. Just because a share has gone up 10x, it doesn't mean it's expensive. Often it is the best time to buy, not sell. It is also often considerably derisked at this point.
3. Just because a share dips 50%, doesn't mean it won't go straight back up and considerably higher than the previous high than we saw before (like recently)
A lot of people are getting worried as there's clearly a lot of money on the table but don't let fear get the better of you.
I've seen many car crash stocks in my time and this is not one of them.
The real money has been made here by people buying and holding and being patient.
That will continue for a lot longer imo, at least 6 months and probably more.
If we do get a buyout by nc it will likely be at a big premium to whatever the market price is at the time, if nc do not buy us, we will make a hell of a lot more in the long run. That is why I'm not tempted to sell till way above 30-35p...
Also, with what is going on around the world now, I'd rather have GGP paper than cash in any bank anywhere, in any currency.
