Thank you for the clarification.
So I planned to 'sell' the shares and took the share certificate from my broker. Does this now mean I can 'trade' the shares using my share certificate on the US Market
typo !!
response I got back when questioned the 0.9 was : As Atlantic Carbon has been de-listed, It is down to the individual to determine the price expectations they wish each share to be traded at. For instance we ask the seller to complete their form with the minimum sale price they wish to accept for the sale of their shares and we ask the buyer to complete their form with the maximum price they are willing to pay for the purchase of the shares. Therefore a price would be determined for the individuals involved in the matched trade at the point of sale. We would then contact both buyer and seller simultaneously to gain confirmation that they are happy with the price achieved and happy to proceed with the trade. I hope this helps, if you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask
~Received the below (From Capita) and manage to request my share certificate from Halifax You will need to obtain your share certificate from that company, as you will need to initially send us a photocopy of your cert with the Completed Trade Instruction Form. I can also confirm the recommended share price is £0.009 per share.

Here's a response I have had from Capita : Good Afternoon, Apologies on the delay in getting back to you. Might have mentioned before I've had shares since June 2012 and have seen this go down to the lowest low's, yet holding onto my bits and being patient has reaped benefits. Don't panic and all will be good. Yes there's been a dip but with the potential there's only one way for this ... up.
