Understood. Regular posters get to suss each other out over the months and years. You get a feel for who you can trust for their honest opinions. You can’t rely on their opinions, but it’s a start if you think they are credible in nature.

Some posters seem iffy from the outset, but sometimes it’s hard to decide, genuine or not. Usually sticking to the topic and not trying to score points all the time, are good signs. It gets confusing when trolls wind up normal posters, who then start arguing with them.

Anyway, let’s see what happens in the very near future. And thanks again for the post about the Wyoming court decision.

For what my opinion is worth, I think you are reading that right. Now looking good,

Tilbury, the way I heard it, the rig was in Canada, not that it makes any difference where it is now, I suppose.

I also thought he said that the pad had to be extended, because it had storage tanks on it now, which is why they will start in September. Again, not a big deal, but the devil is in the detail.

In terms of time line, I’m in no rush and I hope Art isn’t either. He seems to move at a “measured” pace, which is fine for me, but I admit to having a lot more patience than some.

How many placees do you know, personally? You’ve been banging on about them since the placing. I think you know none and you have no basis in fact to claim that they (we) are selling. I can tell you, with a great degree of certainty, that NO placee has paid for warrants at 24p, to sell them under 20p. That makes zero sense.

Everyone has a different assessment of the worth of a COPL share. It’s subjective, obviously and determines whether we buy, sell or hold, and varies over time. I value the shares at more than a pound, but that’s just my view. I valued it at more than a pound, when I bought at 36p, but the general consensus was that it was worth less than that. That didn’t make me wrong. What made me wrong was not accurately assessing what the market, as a whole, valued it at.

Since I bought, the price has come down, but I think a lot more of COPL than when I bought at 36p. So, I’m still a buyer here, pending arrival of funds.

It wouldn’t be the first time I’ve missed the point. My view is that stuff happens in the real world. I don’t know what you specifically refer to, but from the presentation, it is obvious that Art has had to tread a fine line to get COPL to this stage. It’s been complicated, to say the least.

IF we have gained a massive asset with a very modest amount of investment, THEN I am more than happy to wait for a commensurate payout. All I need for that, is the RS confirmation that the resource is as massive as Art says it is.

So, whatever has been delayed for however long, for reasons known, or unknown, doesn’t deter me. I’m not here to score Art on his credibility. If there are a billion plus barrels of oil there, the man is a winner, in my book. And so am I.

If you think the former, and if you think that is critical, why are you still here, if you are not just talking your own book?

Many shares I have made mistakes in, but I don’t hang around trolling them. Why do you do that? Unless you are talking your own book.

I sense a credibility chasm. Again.

Stuff takes time. Sane investors know that.

Will the RS report come tomorrow? Next week? I suppose that matters to day traders, but not to investors waiting for the real payoff.

HarryWh, I think there is no maximum. Art was just saying that any wells drilled over the minimum can’t be carried over to the next year, so the minimum number has to be done each year.

COPL can’t disturb the soil March to August. They have to disrupt the soil around the drilling pad first, which is why they will start in September this year. That’s my understanding anyway,

Licence conditions are that they have to drill three vertical or two horizontal wells every year, so you are correct.
