Exactly so. But in top of that, I presume they got the bare facts about the charge, which they were obliged to RNS immediately, but then they had to contact the parties and have the conversations with them, that they reported in today’s RNS. So, a considered, authoritative response.

There was a general lack of understanding of the RNS and PIs panic sold. I'm still accumulating, so I just added.

The RNS with the second HWM, or and increased output, should put the sp back to where we were yesterday, then beyond.

Getting rid of flippers now.

A couple of days, a decent RNS and the sp will be taken back up, IMHO.

It's a very small placing, which they offered to shareholders. Just not all shareholders. If they think they can get the placing away to HNWIs, it's much quicker, cleaner, more cost-effective and more chance that the shares will be held and not flipped.

I was going to buy some GROC anyway, so buying ALBA with this discount is a very good buy.

How anyone can troll this award is risible. In prestigious company, HSBC, Unilever, Johnson Matthey, Edinburgh and Doncaster Universities, Wood, 250 guests from UK and China politicians and business leaders, speeches by the UK ambassador to China and the Chinese ambassador to the UK - still these trolls find a way to ca rp about this award. Unbelievable.

Deepverge is an amazing company! You don’t get to grow your revenue like DVRG without having amazing products and services! It’s that success that has tripped them up. Overtrading. Pure and simple. Something that has brought down many companies is expanding too far too soon. GB was exactly the right person to propel DVRG up the sales ladder, but they needed more prominent bean counters to make their growth measured and sustainable. GB paid the price for not managing that situation, but the same people who will sort this out and make it a fantastic success could never have got anywhere near this stage, without GB.

I didn’t hesitate to take the placing. Excellent money to be made from DVRG, imho.
