The news is that the ESG credentials have been independently confirmed. That’s the only reason it’s in the news.

"The registering of the court order with the Registrar of Companies will complete the Reduction of Capital process, which allows the Company to make capital returns to shareholders. The completion of the process does not itself automatically trigger a capital return and, as previously announced, the next steps in terms of timing and exact quantum of a return of capital to shareholders will be decided in conjunction with the ongoing Formal Sales Process and we look forward to updating shareholders in due course."

Did I paraphrase correctly?

The BOD has gone from making the special distribution if there was NO FSP, to saying that, “as previously stated”, the distribution will be PART of the FSP.

I wonder if the bod thinks PIs are too stupid to notince?

You would expect huge interest from majors, given the size, proximity to infrastructure and unrivalled ESG of Inishkea.

I met FM four times at different events. Very bubbly, very PR, but I never rated her that highly.

David, I'm unsure who you are addressing, but happy to take it personally. I've been here since the middle of October where I bought heavily around 8.6p. I added on he way back up to 16p, but was too dense to sell out. I averaged down aggressively and now sitting around 6.6p.

I understand that aligator sold out under 5p and wants back in. Personally, I think he has missed out, but he may get lucky yet. He is one of several derampers here. They are on many boards. He can post about his tales of woe and how the totally inept management have organised a desperate trail of ****shows. All I'm doing is pointing out that he has sold and is moaning because he wants to buy back in.

I think I am being fair and accurate in that assessment. I regret your disapproval of me.

Well, you sold out under 5p. Maybe you should have bought back in? It must be frustrating to see the price up from where you sold, but today is a good day, before the market wakes up to IOG having production, production facilities, excellent drill prospects, cash to drill them and a really dependable business partner.

Or just hang around and heckle IOG investors?

I’m in the happy camp. IOG has production facilities, production, prospects and cash to develop the prospects, partnered with a well resourced, seasoned company.

I think we have a bargain price point here, but obviously other opinions differ.

Interim Results Highlights RNS 20th December, 2022

· The Group produced 99,928 tons of clean metallurgical coal in the period.

· The Group recorded sales of $17.4 million for the period against a volatile met-coal price.

· The Group witnessed its first positive gross profit before depreciation, depletion and share option payments of $942k.

· The Group delivered 8 trains during the period of which 6 were in August and September.

· First sales delivered by train in June 2022.

· Cash on the balance sheet as at 30th September 2022 was $7.4 million.

· 19,230 clean tons of coal were held in inventory.
