Great feature on BlueShare is the ShortTracker report, which monitors the FCA short spreadsheet for changes and reports them immediately. Shorts down to 4.61%. Nice.

davidpqz, what hero worship? He started a business with a vision. Businesses are not grown in a test tube in a laboratory, but out in the big, bad world. You work towards your vision, but have to make decisions based on available information, assets, customer requirements and risk factors. Obviously, he thought it was a good idea to buy the bank when he did, obviously Rick thinks it's a good idea to sell it now. The only people who never make mistakes are the people who do nothing. I have made far, far more than my fair share of mistakes, but I am infinitely better off for having done enough, so that the few non-mistakes paid off. Same thing here. Still everything to play for.

RNS suggests MS bought DB's 6.3m shares.

Not sure how you measure good value here. They got a premium, a quick sale and reduced expenses by £2m pa. Funded and quicker to cash flow positive, so I'm happy with that.

davidpqz, I honestly can't remember you being slated, but I'm sure you are big enough to get over it. Which companies are totally transparent about all their commercial activities? None that I know of. I invest here, because I can see the need for a global einvoicing service, in an increasingly globalised marketplace. What they do takes time to build, but once they reach critical mass, there will be no stopping them. I don't need, or want, to analyse every expense item they incur.
