Yes, I vaguely remember doing that, following the "progress" for a while, then writing off my investment. Should I have received "bonus" shares, or something like that, over recent weeks? Guys, do you think they have been working out in the open in 44C??? They are turning over approximately €403k/q, so an annual run rate, before co-mingling, of €1.6m. The market cap is £6.7m, or about €7.3m, which is 4.6 times gross revenue. This output could be increased by 60kscm/day, by drilling an oblique well at Sillaro, taking revenue to about €4m/year. Not happy with that? If you can find a better prospect out there, please let me know!!

I'm only offering an explanation. Nothing more. AFAIK, the people who contributed to the company were those who bought in at the ipo. Anyone buying since then is only contributing to the MMs. As I posted earlier, SRON is pumping gas, making profits and free cash flow. I won't sell because Stefy isn't schmoozing the shareholders. That would be silly.

I was in Bologna last week and hoped to visit Sillaro, but that was cancelled due to the extreme heat. You have to realise that it has been up to 44C there recently. Sadly, can work in those temperatures. Happily, the gas is still pouring out and being sold to Shell for 22c/scm, unattended, day after day. As Mr Masterman recently pointed out, energy consumption in summer is increasing, due to increasing use of air-conditioning. I know we had it on full blast for five day! Selling at a loss is never easy, but I cannot understand selling at a loss when your company has great assets, profits, free cash flow and a miserly little mcap. I admit that no-one is spoon-feeding us information, or hand-holding, but they run a very lean team and have enough to do running the business. Stefy doesn't tell us stuff, because she is not allowed to. She probably doesn't reply to emails because it gets boring to send the same reply, to the same people, day after day. Only my opinion.

Europe72, "screwed" seems somewhat binary to me. I may be forced to accept 2.9p, but I will hold out for an improved bid from Fiserv, based on II rejection of 2.9p. Whatever the IIs accept will be the best I can get. Fiserv will NOT walk away from this gift from Mr Cameron. He has mortgaged his reputation on this deal, tarnished as it is.

I have always said that the provisions in the last accounts were unnecessary, excessive and reversible. Watch Bidco row back on these, once the rent rigged sale goes through. Clever work. If the same ingenuity had been applied to normal activities, the company would have been a great success. LC may have had to put up with a normal "huge" salary, but at least he could look at himself in the mirror with some respect.

Burnt, that amused me. I can't be bothered to work it ok for you, but the bod has bought about 900,000 shares in the past year, at MORE than this sp. As I posted here after the last agm, they can choose to be ebitda positive any time in calendar year 2017. That was ANY time, including January. It is called "Putting money behind the clock". They are waiting for the right time to make a big impact.

The IIs can only be arguing for a better price. They won't have a stake in Bidco, otherwise they might be asking for Mr Cameron's head, as well as an increased offer. I will still feel robbed at 3.5p, but at the same time, happy to walk away from the shambles the bod has manufactured here. I guess that was why they fixed things the way they did.

Wall, do you own a house, or a car? Why has no-one offered to buy them? Probably because you have not offered to sell them. Same with Monitise. They are not interested in surviving as a discrete entity. The bod has decided to sell to Finserv for its own reasons. In my experience, there are usually at least two reasons for doing anything - the "good" reason and the real reason. Moni's "good" reason for selling a technology that it claims no-one wants to buy, is that it has no customers, yet Fiserv wants to buy it. Hmmm. What possible reason could the bod have, for selling off at this artificially low price, engineered by the likes of PE and VH? They won't lose out on the value of their shares, because they avoided buying them. It would be difficult for someone to persuade me of the moral rectitude of the bod. They fly the flags of gender equality and financial inclusion, but treat their shareholders with disdain. When @gonickwhite tweeted recently about "Dedicated DevOps - I smell a rat", it took every fibre of restraint in me to resist asking if its first name was Lee. I didn't ask that, because I have to assume that the hypocrasy is based at board level. Everyone else, I assume, is just trying to do a decent job. Fiserv knows it's getting MONI at an obscenely low price. It will be shamed into making a higher offer. The "woe is me" RNS from our inglorious leader was a simple ploy of expectation management. It won't be a decent offer, but it will be acceptable to the IIs. I just hope it will extend to PIs.

BPSF, they INCREASED prices, as per the last several updates. ET had different software, on different platforms, with different functionality and different service level agreements. All changed now. That is one reason they no longer need the spectrum of legacy expertise. Anyway, enough from me. I'm happy to let the shorters get on with their excellent work. I'm still accumulating. ATB

You didn't know that the whole platform has been re-written to be cloud-native and standard for all contracts?

Mr Cameron getting a little frustrated there, but he will have kept Fiserv updated all the way. Strange how the optimism of the past suddenly turned to doom and gloom. Maybe he should lower the entry price for a key customer, to show the market how fantastic FINKit is. That is what a normal company would do. MONI doesn't have to make top dollar on every sale, does it? Get the process out there and show it off! Maybe that would be too successful for Mr Cameron?
