I have been converted to jafism. Never Invest on the basis of company plans, because plans sometimes are not put into action. Only buy after plans have been executed.

As jaf1948 will be quick to point out, the plant being built and coming on stream with $30-40m ebitda in 2019 is completely accepted by me. Now I am thinking ahead, past Regua getting into production, past Sao Martinho being sold off, or however that pand out. Mr Masterman will be thinking that far ahead, too.

What is the next project in his sights? You cannot build a billion dollar company, without planning way in advance.

I agree with you that having a single seller of 3m shares is an assumption and by definition, that may be wrong. Assumptions are not facts and facts are not assumptions. We all know that. That is only common sense, but thank you. For clearing that up for us.

The sensible thing to do now, according to you, is to sell WRES because a person, or persons unknown, is selling 3m at a time. Please forgive me then, as I choose to keep buying, instead of selling. If we are both alive this time next year, able to type, with access to the internet, have not reached a debilitating level of senility, have a willingness to communicate with each other and are allowed to do so legally at that time, you can tell be if I was wise to buy WRES at under 0.5p. Or not.

In that context,we have already established that my heavy buying at 0.26p-0.3p was a very good move and that your selling in that range was not. Nevertheless, I will concede that my being right then does not guarantee that i am right now, for a host of factors, most of which people can understand without me being didactic and pedantic.

That would account for the sp gain, even though one of the market makers may be naked shorting, the others will need stock to sell into the sp rises expected on plant progression and production.

I could have taken 15% today on a few sizeable trades,as could a few other holders that I will not mention,but it is not going to happen. With the mcap less than the expected ebitda next year, this can take off with the slightest bit of news, and even perhaps without it.

We have the cash, resource, plan, skill and market. Anyone not got that story straight yet? Anyone who wants to play the field is welcome to, of course. I am a simple buy and hold investor.

45 days until we get to see the shiny stuff. I have not quite finished buying yet, but i will be finished at least a few weeks before the bulk of investors get excited about WRES.

Yes bobtree, very interesting indeed. As Andy said I cant see them approaching Mr Masterman with this, as they will be aware of the funding we have already arranged. If they had approached him, I think he would just say no thank you and get on with the business.

Blackrock might be Mr 3m, but nothing wrong with them selling out.

Mr 3m or not, WRES is in very capable, very experienced hands, has great resources, a clear strategy and more than adequate funding to get us to our initial target of 0.5p+ per share EBITDA for 2019.

A maiden dividend may well be on the cards for FY2019.
