jaf1948, I was at the AGM with safetyman and Mr Scott. Mr Scott asked about the possibility of further placings and Mr Masterman said there would be none. He also said we have $17m in the bank and fully expecting to have €5.3m from Junta de Extremadura, once the plant is producing.

I asked the CEO the same question three times, including "So, for the avoidance of doubt, there will never, ever be another placing". He said that future cash flow would mean that placings are unnecessary.

We should have $5m per month in cash flow, when we reach ramming speed, equating to about 0.1p/share, every month.

I will be wearing my sleeping mask, as usual, so I will rely on press reports.

Somebody exercised £90,000 of warrants at 0.42p on February 16th, less than a week after the funding was agreed - Blackrock having degociated warrants equivalent to 5% of the expanded share capital.

The funding news sent the sp up towards 0.65p, so an instant 50% profit, then trade them all the way down to 0.42p again.

My guess is that they will start walking the sp back up, post the next decent bit of news.
