Bobtree, the 0.42p is the cost of converting the warrants that came with the 0.28p placing. Any buyer in that placing would make a very decent profit on those shares and be able to buy them back at 0.42p, even after the shares go well over 1p. That is the significance of the 0.42p.

Assuming that the culprit pays tax, he can also spread any CGT between this tax year and the next.

I can't remember how many shares were placed, but from memory, that would not account for all of the selling, but may have formed the basis of it, especially above 0.5p. Copycat sellers could then have joined in, to make it seem as if there was a massive sell off.

I have asked him, as has Marcus and Charles, several times over the course of the summer, starting at the AGM.

Categorically, he says he has no idea who is selling. I have posted that he has denied any knowledge of the seller, more times than I care to remember. Not quite as many times as I posted that HMG bona vacantia knew nothing about Hansource and that, as far as Mr Maserterman knew, Hansource were "happy holders". Fairly close call though. Certainly double figures.

I have tried to not post on this topic. Time to try harder.

Well, the man is working on his next $1bn project, which needs the respect and support of shareholders, employees, customers and creditors. That requires integrity. Mr Masterman has integrity, as confirmed by employees at WRES, Po Valley and CORO (nee SRON).

Put yourself in his shoes. Think like a millionaire, aspiring billionaire, businessman.

If you still think he is lying, I will leave it at that.

Troajan, Mr Masterman has been asked several times, who he thinks the seller is. He has always said he doesn't have a clue. You think he really knows and is simply lying? I don't believe that for an instant. What possible reason would he have for that?

I prefer my theory. Some dodgy geezer bought shed loads of shares in different names, maybe with suspect funds, and is now getting his cash back, £12k at a time. I realise that theory is not watertight, but the idea that Mr Masterman is lying about something as trivial as someone selling shares, albeit potentially a substantial number of shares, is daft.

When those forecasts were made, the cost of APT was way lower than it is now. If you want to go with the old figures and the old costs, then so be it. Mr Masterman has said 2,700tons of concentrate in interviews and the price of tungsten has moved on, so I will will feel totally comfortable in quoting the current up to date figures. If you have to follow on and remind us all each time, that they are not the latest figures to come out in a RNS, then we will, of course, welcome your regular contributions..

jaf, Mr Masterman said 2,700 tons of concentrate. That is 270,00mtu. Even if the cost of production is $137/mtu, we make $40m. Get a calculator out and do the sums yourself. You don't need Mr Masterman's permission to so some simple arithmetic. You should not need me, Mr Masterman, or anyone else to spoonfeed you.

If you object so often, and so bitterly about his figures, then please take it up with him.

Do you think ADVFN is a better forum for you? Are there fewer gardening posts? A better level of poster?

safety, no need to apologise. I thought they would keep on working, despite the heat in the 40s, but no way did I think they would have gone as far as they have! At this rate, the plant will be up well within the quarter.

All the investors who went on the site visit will recognise the structures, but for anyone who hasn’t already seen it, you get a very good idea of the simplicity of the process.

Look at where the ore gets dumped into the hopper of the jaw crusher. That platform went from level with the base of the jaw crusher, to 20m+ high in under four weeks! The construction team are doing a great job. Construction on time and below budget.

When we start crushing ore and selling concentrate, THIS QUARTER, we will have $2.5m revenue PER MONTH.

That is something to consider while you wait for your parsnips to mature! (Other hobbies are available).
