Actually Roy, I have my own admission to make. WRES will go into production in Q4, and the sp will 10 bag when we have $30m ebitda and we have a $250 mcap, so I am only having a bit of a laugh with you.

Roy, the FID may well have been finalised. I will wait for WRES to publish it, then begin mining in Q4, as promised.

I thought he said that the cash spend was for new contracts with podcasters to replenish content. That done, he said they had good visibility of earnings and that they were on the same position on the growth curve, but delayed by 3 months. They raised at 3p, so that must have been realistic in terms of future cash flow forecasting, or everyone would have waited for 0.5p!

If you are happy to wait for 0.5p, rock on! As RP said, there are US startups that are raising at crazy valuations, so I’m not unhappy with just under 1.6p. If it drops at all, I may dripfeed some more in.

Why do you think the cash burn is £600k per month?

The platform receives over 60 million listens per month and allows partners to share their content via Apple Podcasts, BookMyShow, Deezer, Google Podcasts, iHeartRadio, RadioPublic, Saavn, Spotify, Stitcher, Facebook and Twitter as well as their own websites and mobile apps.

Audioboom generated a 43% increase in revenue over the same period last year and expects substantial further increases in H2 due to the rapid growth in Audioboom Original Network podcasts, major new podcast signings and subscription fees. The underlying EBITDA loss also decreased over the period.  As we progress through the second half of the year, we are confident that the combination of increased revenues and our continued focus on tight cost control will further benefit the Group.

The Board believes the recent £5.6 million of funding received through convertible loan notes and a placing and subscription will be sufficient to see the Company through to positive cash generation.

Visibility for advertising campaigns for Q3 and Q4 is strong and the Board believes revenue for the full year will be in line with current market expectations, underpinned by a brand count that is more than twice what it was this time last year and with greatly increased available ad inventory.

As RP said in the podcast, they will be ebitda positive "early in the new year". The Nomad crawled all over his figures and allowed him to say that, but he was not allowed to give us the month.
