Wres will be ebitda and cash flow positive from the end of Q1.

The last placing was to get Miton on the register and fund “something else”. LP is paid for and Régua will be paid out of cash flow and the small change left over from LP development.

He will consolidate shares when income is proven. There are enough nervous nellies as it is, without giving them something else to twist knickers over.

He is as interested in receiving dividends as many of the LTHs. He balances that against empire building. He fully realises the dangers of over-commitment and wants to focus on LP first and foremost, then Régua. Free cash flow is what he wants. He is looking after the business, NOT the share price.

Anyway, a higher share price only benefits sellers. I am not a seller.

We are one more week closer to jig and mill construction, concentrator construction, gold and copper JORC, €5.31 grant arrival, moving old concentrator to Régua, 250,000 mtu WO3 production at La Parrilla, start of production at Régua and, theoretically, the maiden dividend.

At least we can settle the argument over whether an II has to report holdings as they go over 3%.. TPI confirmed several times that the level was 10%.

I think it went the same way as the predicted 7p.

I did exactly the same thing with my BMN and GGP shares years ago. One day I just got sick and tired of seeing that huge negative amount in my pf.

I have my tickets for that.. I have no questions that I would expect to be answered.

As for how to spend the grant, Régua is a very good use for it, but we can easily fund that from LP cash flow. There may be other opportunities, perhaps within Extremadura, that Extremadura money can pay for. That would go down very well with the Junta. As a poor area of Spain, the focus there is on job creation.

Those who share get more.

My understanding is that the grant is only conditional on employing 25 FTEs and is based on qualifying capital expense. There is no restriction on what the grant is used for.

Having said that, I have had Jangada on my watch list for a year. I could have had a decent bite out of that last week and made about 50%, instead of making 0% hear.

I take you point Bob. The Yorkshire’s should have gone in while the roast beef was resting, but the money for the roast beef came in late. We will have enough money left over for bigger, crispier Yorkshire’s, once the oven comes back up and the meat is ready.

Now is NOT the time to get frustrated and go out for a bag of chips!
