On completion of the definitive agreement, US$5m worth of new ordinary shares will be issued to DPN LLC and the balance of US$12.5m will be satisfied in shares in installments as contractual milestones are fulfilled. The value of all the new ordinary shares will be based on the 3 day VWAP (Volume Weighted Average Price) up to 8 February 2021, which was 104.04 pence per share.
As part of this project, Argo will also gain access to a pre-negotiated US$100 million credit facility at competitive rates. This will provide Argo with sufficient debt capital to build out the facility and further expand its mining fleet to upscale the Company's operations and capacity.”

Can you see any mention of “restricted “ shares in that? No, of course you can’t. That’s what the SEC are interested in. Nobody cares whether ARB paid £100 or £100m for the project.

mwhite22, I totally agree with you. The longer the status quote continues, the more pro-Bitcoin funds will buy into miners, especially undervalued miners with great ESG credentials.

PIs really should read the paper by Commissioner Crenshaw, who is repeating EXACTLY the same message as Gensler. Bitcoin is the only coin that will escape investigation.

I’m sure the btc price will be fine without the spot etf, but not permitting it must be better for ARB, as IIs have to take indirect exposure to btc.

I see no evidence of PW keeping the sp up to please shareholders. In fact, I think he has done exactly what he wanted / needed to do, regardless of shareholders. Like a good CEO should.

Agreed. But there is no immediate need for a raise. Coins are being mined day and night, Pluto is heading for a stellar IPO and ARB seems to be branching into the world of gaming. The share price will NOT be at this level going in to 2022.

Institutions are loading up with ARB on a daily basis, as we can all see from Mike Wainwright's updates. PIs are also accumulating and eventually, the $100 Robin Hood investors will be bought out.

Anyway, I'm happy where I am and you have always got RIOT to move to, so I don't have anything else to say on the subject, apart from to wish you well.

His job is to manage the company, not the share price. The only time CEOs try to manage the share price is when they want it up, so they can have a placing, or down, so they can buy in.

The market is the sum of opinions, imho. Half the posters on this board wouldn’t have enough information to reassure their doubts, if they sat in on every board meeting, I’m in the other half.
Is the data better, or more importantly, reliable from RIOT? If it is and that’s your main criteria for investing, your choice is clear. I’m of the opinion that ARB is undervalued compared to the US miners, PLUS, it’s not a big-standard miner.
