Would you help refinance money to a company that keeps getting forecasts wrong and keeps on missing targets or even worse is already debt ridden. This has Petrofac written all over it. The same was said of PFC. Only this time last year PFC was 30p, with huge order books - no lender looked at their order book and couldn't care less now.

Debt needs refinancing. It's the same thing as trying to get a mortgage without a job or any evidence of having made any money recently. It's like going to the bank and saying 'i can't pay the loan, I have lied about my cashflow and it keeps changing ' but PLEASE refinance it.

Banks will push it back onto an equity raise.

Not cash flow positive enough to service the debt. Show me using calculations how you expect them to revert the cashflow cycle they were hiding in the last update. How is it that cashflow negative has happened in the space of 3 months. They were covering up last time and are making stories up about future cashflow positive.

So many on here were touting that this can't be a Petrofac 2.0. The reality is slowly sinking in. It a mirror copy of PFC if you look close enough. Just get out of your head about PFC SFO investigation and explore the Balance Sheet and bottom line profits to understand how the debt will be repaid if management keep providing updates with negative cashflow/ losses.
