Healthy scepticism is fine. I actually welcome it.

But there's a difference between challenging the investment case and dismissing every positive development as meaningless.

ALRT has plenty left to prove, but it's also made measurable progress recently. Massive progress IMO

£1 billion is quite the number.

Lets focus on the contracts now - this is a long term hold

If we can perform well in these 3 months - Gain MoD trust - Continue to get contracts

Then yes, these 3 months are crucial for the stock

Might have to wait a while, lets be realistic.

I'm not suggesting this is a commercial rollout or a long-term supply contract. It's clearly a limited testing and deployment engagement, and the technology still has to prove itself.

Where we may differ is on the significance of the milestone. For a company with no previous MoD revenue, getting through the approval process and into a paid engagement is meaningful in its own right. The company has gone from discussing capability to being contracted to deliver and test it in a real MoD setting.

I agree that investors shouldn't treat this as if a major procurement decision has already been made. It hasn't. But I also don't think it's fair to dismiss it as merely a compliance exercise. ALRT now has a chance to prove its value to a real customer, and whether the investment case strengthens from here depends entirely on execution over the next few months.

My point is simply that ALRT has gone from talking about the capability to being paid to test and deploy it within an MoD-backed engagement and now has a small contract with the MoD. The £226k isn't the investment case; it's the chance to demonstrate value and potentially progress to larger opportunities if the outcome is successful.

I believe I am quite positive about ALRT, didn't aim to make it seem that I am not. My posts state:

I'm not claiming the technology has been fully adopted or rolled out across the MoD, but saying there's no live revenue-generating contract doesn't seem consistent with the wording of the announcement.
