Its across the board today. I track about 20-25 junior explorers and miners and its the same with most.
which doesn't logically stack up to the broader external landscape nor their individual company circumstances / news in most cases
that's what leads me to believe game playing is afoot

HT - wow you are so very negative. it really makes no sense but each to own.
Re the MMs though - market makers seem to be playing games. and I expect will continue to over the coming days
which makes sense if they are collecting
Money is moving back to PM from Crypto (fact)
PM prices were already climbing and are now surging (fact)
Base metal prices inc Copper are reaching all time highs and every signal points to that continuing or at the very worst holding (not fact, but very close to)
yet this morning several/most PM stocks are down and mining is taking a pinch. Which has also been the case for a few for a little while - that the news is out there but the SP action hasn't started yet.

suggests some share collecting taking place, and I think a process of readying for climbs. not just here, in several less liquid stocks.
looking logically at news flow, the wider market and economic climate, SP behaviour, expectations and predictions etc.

cant imagine your comment alone would cause a massive impact but it doesn't make a great deal of sense when stacked up against fundamentals known.

guess we will find out on here and the other comparable stocks in the coming days - where the climb should definitely start

Can understand the speculation surrounding silence to a degree… however with so much info leading up and also intermittently inbetween i cant get my head around the negative stance. Colin has been vocal in places. Hes also laid a plan out.

I do really worry about what are perceived as ‘bad assays’ if the cut off is decided as being lower for solid (commercially viable) reasons. If, i say, as i of course dont know.

But if the assays ave show as 0.2 for example rather than 0.3 or 0.4 but purely because the cut off was set lower and as such the strike (and subsequent tonnage) is more substantial, this is IMO marvellous news

Yet i get the view this would cause bedlam amongst PIs calling for Colins head.

A few on here who are far wiser than me keep saying its about tonnage, yet we seem to be heavily focussing on the exact % cu grade of assays and assuming the worst (whilst suggesting that what could be actually potentially perfectly lovely results may be deemed as ‘worst’ in the eyes of PIs)

And in terms of tonnage - todays news took a 90min chick flick from 2012 and turned it almost certsinly into a peter jackson epic.

my ref to making something easy to understand was inferring that it seems there is some misunderstanding of facts, which arent really deniable. I'm not trying to bare an ego nor argue. i also don't say a huge amount most of the time but today was a day lots had awaited and it was started with very positive news. which added to the overall story which is being told but has had a slight pause. the story is a very positive one. am neither trying to ramp or de ramp and definitely not trying to bicker. just looking at the evidence and remarking, or responding in places.

"how to put a ribbon on a copper deposit - ready for sale"
where he can use simple words and short sentences to explain to folk here how everything that's happened since December 2020 has been a consistent and gradual walk towards exactly what CB has also stated many many times his intended plan is... namely putting a ribbon on racecourse for AA (or whoever else wants)

His interviews were with Zak on sharetalk and Zak isnt with Sharetalk any more it doesn't look like. May be a reason. Colin has done a couple of interviews recently for GLR and BZTR and has mentioned XTR in them all (as everyone always asks about bushranger) . his tone hasn't changed. his excitement remains. he never avoids anything on the topic.

so I think we can rest easy on that front.

Hole 1 had 900m at 0.3 ave
Holes 2,3,5,6 all had extensive mineralisation through the majority of their depth - hence how far they ultimately went and how excited everybody was when discussing in post hole interviews
Colin hasn't confirmed his view on cut off however he has said in interview that nowadays anything about .15 to .2 is definitely commercially viable.
meaning that hole 1 exceeded baseline commercial viability by 100% and the rest of the holes getting to .15/.2 is them hitting a level of viability (in the words of the man running the company and who dedicates his life to copper)

Ella flagged a recent example where a cut off of 0.05% had been used by another company (which makes hole 1 600% above viability)

any talk of "poor assays" seems so nonsensical given this.

Sure where they have stepped out to cut back across the plunge there will be some poor grade mineralisation - in the bits that weren't expected to have any copper at all!!

it will be an absolute madness if there is PI revolt when an assay shows some hits a 0.1 or 0.15% Cu for a plunge where there rightfully should have been absolutely nothing. ... because why? just because it is under 0.3?

i think the map of drill holes and re-read of the drill results is essential before anyone jumps on the remaining assays.

they are going to be very strong and far better than anyone at XTR had ever expected.... (hence what CB has done since to accelerate things)
so any other view from a PI seems a bit bonkers and likely gross misunderstanding of whats actually happening down in Bushranger

Looks like $28 could happen overnight. BTC car crash (which was always likely) is helping PMs too.

i think it wont make much diff - my gut says the current Au and Ag movement is the expected/necessary/overdue rise and it should continue. Not BTC nor 10 yr treasury nor anything else will stop it if so.

what this means for UFO? when you tag the impending Iron Ore barnstormer that's on its way, is as i said earlier - v exciting.

TBH its been 6 months of unnecessary suffering post the rise of October... so those here have paid dues waiting for what really should have stuck the first time round.

i seem to remember some 2p-2.5p price predictions by 1st june. they feel sensible if all this carries on as is

george - we have exceeded daily trades vol before noon of almost all days last week... this should get up to c150-200 trades today and that will double again tomorrow and then again later in the week.... that liquidity is what will push the share price and should be natural gradual daily increases until next RNS...

next RNS will shift volume further... causing fast increases..

from now to month end it should be blue days and ideally no huge spikes... leading to a vastly improved daily trading vol throughout June

$28 feels like a strong psychological resistance to the potential upside.... when its been breached before the entire market sentiment seems to shift (more so than it already is)
Can that happen by month-end and in time for the remainder of the Iron Ore results? looks like it could go in the next day or two......

this is one for the experts (Iceberg etc) ... my interpretation of the situation is as follows.. is this fair/correct.
1. The strike is now 2.5kc, not 1.7. so its 50% bigger
2. The deposit is being increased in its size potential in at least 3 different compass directions
3. The depth of plunge for every hole drilled so far exceeded all previous estimates and expectations
4. the previous cut off was 0.3% which is unlikely to be the cut off nowadays... with so many setting cut off far lower given ease of exraction and price of copper

all in all amassing to a ridiculously exciting prospect if all the survey findings can be drilled tested and confirmed.

solid profile full stop... but moreover - Not many with the exact experience we needed - taking a high grade, low cost, open pit gold mine through to production in a commercially advantageous manner for shareholders, keeping that production high and those costs low.

Empire have hit the bullseye getting the exact experience they needed and focussing on long term shareholder value creation
