to see what nonsense is occurring (true Ness reference) with regards to Chris2, his casual idioticness and the endearing responses from his growing base of reluctantly accepting peers; which is now bordering on affection.

I really enjoy reading how he is becoming tolerated for his assumed existence rather than repelled.

Every time i type the UFO ticker i am now thinking more about Chris2 bants than i am educated alien discussion. Sad but true.

Yeah steve there are two very distinct schools of thought between investing and trading. There is no venn in the middle to exist in and the gap between is really exposed as being quite large when its tested (like what is happening here with XTR).

Its about deciding which school you belong to and where to set up camp. Best not watch what the others are up to either as it doesn't usually help. So better those camps are on separate islands, (a bit like shipwrecked perhaps)

Over time if educated sufficiently and loyal to the strategy for your school - youll win.

The investors here are looking in momentary dismay but ultimately not phased, i dont think. I know im not.

Wonder how COlin feels and what is going through his mind right now..... he is Captain Chatter... who had to be pulled back from daily updates in Feb... and takes 17 mins to answer one question.... and seeps raw excitement about his copper projects.... and, as we say in Yorkshire, could talk the hinds legs off a donkey.... knowing he reads these boards... and talks openly about reading them.... and likes sharing information.... and values his shareholders... whilst watching the shares creep under 5p for no real/legitimate reason.. knowing he raised recently at 12% higher and bought 15% higher

something tells me words are on their way or there is a reason he cant say something. And i'd say he most certainly isn't hiding or sitting sobbing with poor results.

very interesting period in time for the XTR'ers and a real test of resolve.

by end august/early sept there will be a significantly increased degree of clarity on exactly what is under that soil too, inc the reality of excess tonnage etc, as the phase 2 drills results filter through.
meaning we have June and July of continued speculation with intermittent news adding small bits more information wise.
perhaps my end July early Aug we may have enough info to be certain of the 2million.

a) IP survey in May, 3D modelling and plan for phase 2 drilling in June and KO phase 2 july...
b)with assays for phase 1 whenever poss (but prob in the lead up to 3d modelling, for data to be included in) assuming no delays.

nothing has changed with a) at all. remains exactly as was always stated as far as I can see/read. and has been reconfirmed in part by colin whenever he is asked about XTR on other interviews "all is in hand/on track" so the sensational speculation is a bit off unless its an attempt to evoke fear. .
regarding b) that's the bit with uncertainty and concern growing and interpretation of what was said when being banded around. Only answers are lab delays or a necessary restriction on release. delays are delays however I cant imagine this long of a delay wouldn't have been RNS'd or mentioned. the only cause for restriction would be positive and in line with potential discussions behind scenes.

i cant see what the issue is and why any genuine investor would have had their cage rattled too much given the good news story this continues to be
however I can see an opportunity here to stoke a fire of fear which is definitely happening

Lonestag all the placed shares are in issue and have been since 11th May, the day after the date stated on RNS. you would need to know the volumes in issue pre and post to know this.

i try to avoid paying attention to the secondary markets and their game playing antics, and focus on primary assets (appreciate others have different strats)

I've got a feeling in my gut that this ends the week well. so I am at the opposing end of your view. either one of us will be right or we will land in the middle.

140-150 trades to beat today to see a shift up from yest in liquidity.
Given the Crytpo collapse it would make sense that lots of money be moving back towards real mining in the coming days

Long may it continue... OMI been out of favour/spotlight for a few weeks for no solid justifiable reason (bar some assay delays). About time the success story started getting the headlines deserved again. the RNS data released is starting to tell a compelling story that takes subject matter knowledge to understand but definitely didn't deserve OMI to be temporarily kicked off the guest list to the party, whilst far weaker attendees grabbed some plaudits...

Glad its looking like they are back. should be one of the guests of honour.
