Ultimately this about sentiment . The facts are three revenue opportunities , two are highly likely , them being Romania and Italy. However the first dollar from Romania is pivotal and around 3-6 weeks away . Many Investors here will be waiting to the last minute to invest , some will time it right some not !. There were a also a set of people who need to cash out , possibly due to the perceived delay in Romania . They are traders not investors . There only two questions to answer here - Will the Mcap improve significantly ? When ?

Not sure ROI, ROE and ROCE measures are any use here . An explorer that is yet to monetise will always have negative percentage measures on the above scales . The measure here is simple - do you believe there assets will bear appropriate revenue or not ? If so , Buy If not sell or stay away
