Proposed Directors of Tirupati Graphite explain why they have requisitioned an GM. Watch the video here.
Well I am a glass half full person, and am putting my money on a deal. Every dog has his day! Just a little longer, and we can see who is right. I am prepared to wait for as long as it takes, as we are sitting on real assets, it is just a matter of time. It amuses me that you are so definite about the future, when you haven’t a clue what is going on behind the scenes. It is odd behaviour IMHO.
I attended the AGM, at that time negotiations were ongoing, there is nothing wrong with stopping them. I am very confident that a deal will be done, the only question is when. I believe it will be at a significant premium to our current share price and have bought some more. We just have to be patient.
Please put me down for 207k.
Yes patience is required, better to be 10 years too early than one second too late!
It can’t be a total loss, the assets are worth well north of our market cap. It is a matter of when not if. The outgoings of the company are peanuts.
Before calling our illustrious MD names Safetrader1, I would develop a bit of patience. The assets value will do the talking. PC is aligned with the shareholders, and enjoy the ride. Relax and enjoy the suspense.
Dear Sheldrake, please save your advice to the end of the opera, the fat lady hasn’t come out to sing yet. We are in the finale, not long to go now. When we have the RNS, it will be appropriate for you to share your pearls of wisdom, until then you are just peeing in the wind and are rather tiresome.
As an optimist I am thinking that the reason we have not heard anything is that it is imminent, and they can’t release an RNS to say it is imminent! Frayne has egg on his face with the last capital raise at 7.5 selling a dead cert to the investors, with no warrants. . So I think it will be released this week. IMHO.
I agree, the share price move is nothing in relative terms. We just have to wait for the deals with numbers. Patience and keep averaging down! The deals will come.
Frayne in my opinion would say if it wasn’t imminent, he knows it is the key that unlocks the value. We just have to be patient, and keep averaging down. The value is unbelievably compelling. Fortune favours the brave. I think it will be any day over the next two weeks, is my guess.
It would not be allowed. How to depress the share price is to raise the Spector of placings! The deal will involve a proportion of cash, so I don’t think we have anything to worry about IMHO.
I don’t think that, which is why I am invested so heavily. You do with such negativity, with PC not capable of anything.
Yet! Relax it will all come good, don’t get yourself worked up it might never go bust, in fact the opposite!
Well why don’t you put your posting on hold until we get the next material RNS, and we will then see who is right. In the meantime your incessant negativity as a non-holder tells a story of mental health issues! Sorry it so transparent, and you should seek professional help. Hopefully you can get it sorted out.
That is your opinion and are entitled to it, the outside world has described it as such. Relax and try to stay positive, the assets are worth we’ll more than the share price. I am very happy with the risk reward ratio.
A very good post 1investor, I am afraid Sheldrake refuses to acknowledge any positives and that is his prerogative. He will suddenly disappear when the RNS lands. The only question is when and at what multiple from today’s price we will be. We are also not a one trick pony, which reduces the risk and adds some spice to the multiple. We will know soon enough, exciting times. Rather be in this than any financial, the economic storm clouds have arrived.
I think PC will be wanting a legal signed deal, rather than giving nervous shareholders a running commentary on how negotiations are fairing. These are complicated deals, which could involve multiple entities all requiring due diligence. Look how long it takes to buy a house! Patience is required, you have nothing to fear by the the wait as the prices and market are moving in our direction. Relax and let our assets do the talking, PC has enough incentive to ensure we shareholders get a good deal.
I appear to have missed the RNS where you can point out that PC is not telling the truth, please can you elaborate. PC hasn’t in my view bulled up the asset value, so he can’t be accused of that. This is a case of looking at the value of our assets, and calculating given the state of the market what someone is going to pay for them. Time will tell, and I don’t believe I will have long to wait.
I noticed the strategic partner, I think it could extend to a small stake in the company. They could be sold shares at £1 each foe example, the figures certainly justify that.
