I agree that there is that risk that they have to go back to the market. They only raised 8% in the raise in February 1.25m at 7.5p, which was to keep them going until off take deals. From talks at the AG this I believe this will be sufficient, and the off take agreements will contain some upfront cash. They will be very keen not to dilute at these levels.

Yes I agree, but I think they are both coterminous. If I was an off takers I would want to know that the port is sorted. If I was the port authority I would want to know the company has off takers. I am assuming they will be both signed together IMHO. We just have to wait.

Well the RNS confirms that we will receive 14.5p end of December, with another 7p extra due. I think it is a great Risk/Reward asset. Yet no buys so far today on the bell, receiving that confirmation!

LC is leaving the door very much open to use our coal if you look closely at the wording. The country needs power, and clean coal will need to be part of the mix.

I reckon the RNS will be tomorrow or Thursday giving the announcement on the preference shares. I fully expect that they will confirm the extra 10p, giving a payout at the end of December of 14.5p. We will still be owed 7p for next year. Not bad when you can buy at 103!

Any tick up, without being backed up by a positive RNS, is just noise. We are just not used to a few blue days in a row.

If you look at Tertiary minerals 2021 accounts, PC received a salary from Tertiary of 113k, of which 60k came as a contribution to PC’s salary in the form of a contribution to administration costs from Sunrise. Are you happy now Sheldrake, or do you think 113k looking after 2 listed companies on the Aim market is excessive? So technically I am right we are talking about Sunrise, he only receives directors fees.

Dan, you are dealing with some passionate investors, who are mostly underwater. I for one have put in over 250k over the years, and have become increasingly optimistic. Nobody likes delays, but you will find the delays have been to our advantage, as the value of our assets have been increasing. Not long now.

Dan, PC only gets paid directors fees and they are in shares at the prevailing price. I will wait for as long as it takes, as I believe the assets are worth we’ll north of the current share price. Pc is the biggest shareholder, shareholders are aligned with the board. Have a little patience, it is not a cult, just investing applying some knowledge. I think I will be well rewarded in trusting PC with the family money.

So Dan what you are saying is that if PC does the deal of the century and the share price rises to 3p you will be disappointed in PC as he should have done it sooner? No RNS means talks are ongoing on all 3 projects, you might be surprised if you can wait that long. Over those 4 years we have proved off the effectiveness of our Pozz, it works. We have discovered the Hazen site, and have a very good potential over 2 kilometres of Sepiolite. All adding value.

I think MF is concentrating all efforts an the off take agreements, and is not going to communicate anything else to the market until he has signed contracts. He knows that is what we are waiting for. His efforts at tweeting, what I believe to be positive news to allay fears of lack of advancement, backfired.

I have faith Dan that PC will deliver, and have been backing my faith in buying more and more. The question for you is what would the share price have to rise to, for you to say PC has delivered? The faithful are saying that the fat lady hasn’t come out to sing yet, so we get a bit fed up of people calling time, when the best part is yet to come. Big deals take time, in what is a very conservative industry. It is very clear the direction that the cement manufacturing needs to go, we are well positioned to capitalise on this move. Does it matter what news we get? Really. One decent RNS changes everything. In the last two years he has created the Hazen and the Sepiolite project, all giving great value potential.

Who is living in the fantasy world? Pc does not want dilution, the deal will involve part cash. Simple, it is why we are invested.

It is correct to be very very cynical, it is your money after all. In this case we are specifically in mineral sands, not general commodities. A world wide market, with the mineral sands situated in just a few countries. MF has enough skin in the game with 13% he does not need to exaggerate, the independently certified resources speak for themselves. He has 77% of the shareholders who are loyal, there is no benefit in him gilding the lily, he doesn’t have to. He is concentrating on the prize, and is beholden up to a level on the speed that the off takers want to proceed. Much to the shareholders annoyance, resulting in a declining share price. We are where we are, and I for one am prepared to take an increasing level of risk.

The negotiations will take as long as they take. There are multiple companies involved, with some companies only interested in one component. These big Asian companies are probably private companies, they will want secrecy. I was told at the AGM that there is increasing concerns about securing long term supply, due to a mismatch with supply and demand. If there is an industry wide conference where the world and their dog meet, I expect MF to attend so he picks up all the world wide gossip on the industry so he can play his strongest hand in the negotiations. Time will tell.

I respect your view, however I would add that MF has not issued an official RNS statement, these are just what they are, newsy tit bits for a better word. There is nothing to add from his last RNS informing the market what the company is doing, negotiating with off takers and the port authorities. No deal has yet been signed hence no RNS, an update on where they are in the negotiations adds nothing and is not going to get passed as an RNS, hence why you you got tit bits IMHO. I am not colour blind with MF, but have not seen anything in the tit bits to worry about, completely the opposite. I have had it said that negotiations with large Asian companies that are multi year contracts take time, we have to go at their speed. The time frame may not fit in with investors, but that is fine, I have bought some more today on the drop. Relax all the RNS’s have been very positive, just a matter of time.

Well I see it differently, I read into it that everyone under the sun is going to be at the conference, all the people that matter, just listed them in categories. Simple. He can’t issue an RNS with how negotiations are going, only when signed. Have a bit of faith.
