I am sorry to say Shelly, that you should take a break, and come back to comment on PC when the big RNS arrives. I don’t think you have any concept as to what is involved, and this is rather obvious. Better not to comment is my recommendation. Relax and enjoy the suspense.
Thank you for that flying doctor. Please think of how you are coming across Shelly, with what you are saying. You have no clue of PC’s work ethic or capability, how can you know, when all the work is done under the radar. The extent of that work is revealed only with an RNS. We are currently just waiting for the big one. So your pontifications really are so ignorant that they verge on being childish. I would just keep quiet, as you are revealing too much about yourself. Personally I am backing PC with 6 figure sums and believe that he is going to be a winner for us all. So those are my cards on the table. It is good to have healthy debate, but it should be about the business, not so personal about PC. Sell if you don’t like PC, simple as that.
I agree with you flying doctor having met him, I believe he has just started a weeks holiday, humble stuff. The future is certainly very bright at Sunrise. The market is bored of SRES, and is reflected in the share price. A rather nice risk return ratio I would say! PC tried to tell the market the value of the assets we were sitting on through the research note, ignored by the market. That valuation was without firm contracts! The question is how many bags from here? He has done well getting all the finance sorted in such a dire market, so we just have to sit back and wait. I believe he is going to represent shareholders interests for the best deal, even though we are having to wait. He is not going to be bullied by impatient shareholders that is for sure. I am here for the long term dividends that should derive from the true value of our resources.
I see this recent warrants RNS as a very positive sign. It is a small little office, with PC keeping keeping costs down to a minimum, nice opportunity for a few of the lowly paid employees. The two directors will be all underwater with their shareholdings, and this will be an opportunity for them to buy at 0.1. I would have thought they would currently have been unable to buy in the market, as they will be in a close period with negotiations ongoing. Note PC has not awarded himself some, that tells me a lot. The anticipation mounts. The future is bright with Sunrise, that I am sure!
Interesting, I would not think it will take too long to drill the holes, going down 50ft. To state the obvious the more information they find out about our resource, the more the 3% royalty will be able to be valued. Reading between the lines, it sounds to be commercial from the results of the trenching, why spend money on drilling if not. The question is do Tolsa start negotiations after the results or just happy to share the results and pay the 3%, without negotiating the 3% royalty away at a discounted NPV? All will be revealed soon enough.
Safe- you are spending an awful lot of capital being so negative and personal. I am concerned that you will not be able to cope when we finally receive the RNS that investors here are patiently waiting for. Try to focus on something positive in your life, hopefully it will help you to prepare.
A good RNS, i presume they will be able to tell all they need from the drill cores. Commercial deposits rare, near to surface, staked more land due to what they found in the trenching. I think the deal is nailed on, the only question is will they try to negotiate away our 3% royalty. At the most 5 months to wait on this asset. We wait on the main course, I hope that inflation is increasing the values.
I agree flyingdoctor. PC is looking for the best results for long term shareholder interests. He is not going to be pushed into doing a deal that is second rate for shareholders just to satisfy impatient shareholders on a chat forum. It is complicated, over two sites and two distinct markets. 28 year mine licence is a long time to have money flowing. It has to be right, and in a market that is strengthening, no massive hurry say I. When the deal drops, you will be either in or out, the share price will instantly rerated. The Tolsa deal is just the icing on the cake.
The market dictates the type and strength of the deal. It is unrealistic to state ‘PC should have already done a deal’, when we just don’t know what is going on behind the scenes. I would think that PC would have started negotiations with one lot of interested parties and then had to change tack as new more interesting players have come along. The market has changed positively, strengthening our hand. PC gives out as many clues as he can, with the research note giving an indication of some of the upside. In the meantime we just have to trust PC and the market, and try not to get too frustrated. The current price hurts everyone, our time will come soon enough, but in the meantime we just have to suck it up.
Your assumption is coming home empty handed? How do you know, when you are not party to the negotiations. The answer is you don’t, and are just sounding off whistling in the wind. It does get tiresome for us investors, and is quite frankly embarrassing. Just step back and think about your posts and how they come across. It is not good, take a break and come back when there is something meaningful to post from an RNS.
Why would I want to sell when we are coming up to the best bit after 17 years in the waiting, the RNS could drop tomorrow. I also suffer from FOMO, and am happy to wait and see and then admit I am wrong, but not before the fat lady has come out to sing. In this case PC. Exciting times don’t you think Shelly?
That might be the case flyingdoctor, however nobody is beyond redemption! Shelly might have lost money, but I feel that he might be on the verge of reinvesting, as FOMO is going on, why else would they hang around? As the news becomes more and more positive, so the argument that that PC is not capable of creating any shareholder value, becomes louder and more fervent. Signs of a person who is worried about eating humble pie, and is about to flip?
Well Shelly, my chips are down just because of those odds, and those odds have been improving with every RNS that is released. The assets that PC has discovered will speak for themselves. In the meantime try looking on the bright side, and apply some logic. PC does own over 6% of the company, we are fully funded and have no borrowing, and own some long life assets that are increasing in market demand. All this for a 4 million market cap. What is the hurry for the right shareholder deal? Have some faith, and you might make some money. PC could be the magic man, you never know, but you have to be in it to win it!
