Some big money in here and strong indications from the BOD that a deal is imminent. Clearly they can't say much at this stage as that would break AIM rules and also potentially lead to a longer suspension of the stock. I will be buying more on any dip below 3p.
Yes you are right. My original calcs were using an MCAP of £1bn for £3/share. I genuinely feel they could achieve that over the next couple of years if they build a strong acquisition pipeline, a robust acquisition process and execute strongly on the integration of acquisitions.
I'm going to predict MCAP of £500m and share price of £3 by Dec 2022
Where has it been tipped? Such a rise indicates huge buying pressure/stake building or news afoot.
Strong signs of upward movement here...
Shareholder register is v strong. Watch this space
Volume on the rise again here and SP moving up... Watchstone turned itself into a cash shell last October, cleared out all unnecessary assets. This could get very interesting
OK fair enough, thanks. What is the Telegram group?
Thanks Iknownuffin. John M has expressed an interest in CCAP but not sure why people need to fabricate. It doesn't add anything and there is plenty here to be excited about without pointless ramping. Stick to the facts.
Where did John Mahtani say he took another £10k? I didn't see that
Seems to be a seller around taking the stock from 650p to 575p. Once cleared it opens up a good entry point for one of the very best companies on the market. Alex Dacre and his strong management team have built a very robust business with strong recurring revenues in a fragmented market. Covering all aspects of business compliance and providing critical services the divisions compliment each other very well.
Marlowe has to be a very good target for takeover at some point in the next 12-18 months. Dacre and Co. have form in that department. Hopefully nothing below £10/share.
In simple terms trades in the stock are not being settled correctly and on time, so the LSE has the right to suspend them until the company can provide assurances that settlement will happen in a timely manner.
It's not necessarily the company’s fault. It can be brokers or people who have dealt and not delivered the stock in time.
It's unlikely to be bad news for the stock and depending on the underlying reason could be very good news.
A couple of very large worked trades now showing for Monday which helps to explain the big rise on Monday. Somebody in with some serious money taking a position at an ave of around 8p. Genuinely starting to look good value at these levels
Shhhh...best kept secrets. Keep the hot money away. This is a 2-5 year story.
The biggest danger is...they get taken over too cheaply. Holder since 2014, need to story to play out fully to a proper valuation. The likes of ABB do not put their name to a partnership lightly. AFC has all the characteristics which investors at all levels are searching for and ABB has validated the potential. Listen to how Adam Bond talks passionately about the off grid potential in areas like marine logistics.
Another piece of the jigsaw with IMTK as the centre piece and vehicle. It's getting exciting. Http://www.prnewswire.co.uk/news-releases/pythagoras-announce-vin-murria-as-investor-and-strategic-advisor-694110741.html
