What's the next hurdle ?

It is indeed frustrating how much upside we've missed out on due to the bid, look around at the likes of GGP & OMI, I'm sure I would have been slicing by now !

Interesting trading pattern here this morning, possibly also reflecting the evolving wider market sentiment.

Tbh I don't think we could have realistically expected a better update this morning given the backdrop, and considering the shares have retreated 28% since the years highs last January, I feel this has scope to recover running into the Finals on 11th March - good luck to all holders !

Great trading update from Hunting (HTG) on 13/01 in which they identified sub-sea as a growth area for them, with high margins, maybe a good fit ?

I guess it's good that the management are being proactive about this (and nice to see an up-tick in price), but I'd be disappointed to see this absorbed or merged into another vehicle. Like most real estate investments over the last few years it's taken a beating since the interest rate environment changed, but things have been starting to improve recently, I've always been happy to hold and add on any price weakness. I've been invested here since the ING Barings days and it's been a solid, if not spectacular, performer for me over those years with a reasonable income !

Agreed, another great update, it's mad that the current price is 25% down FROM where we were in May 23 considering all the progress made, I'm holding and hoping for a major re-rate !

Lots of potential here, happy to hold having topped up below 13p last week, doesn't mean it couldn't go lower again in the meantime of course !

It seems they've managed the Trump induced turbulence well, this was £65 18 months ago, looking cheap at £40 !

Brokers playing SBs with the price, its actually down on yesterday, they manipulate it daily hidden by the wide spread !

Agreed, about time this share price was back in the 30s, or higher preferably !

But it still seems like an over-reaction to a bit of prudent accounting !

I know that trading here is usually pretty thin, but one trade for around £60 following a trading update is a real sign of apathy if ever there was !
