Ade, just to clarify that yes they could have sold, come to some contractual arrangement but afc don’t just want to be a service company and rent out units ,they want to sell units l think from memory John did say that Acciona who have a unit wanted to undergo more trials but as John said it’s been running doing the job in some pretty harsh conditions but achieves all criteria easily so they said no it does what it says on the tin, you can buy but no more trials so their standing there ground and acciona are still in the loop.

I thing John and team are more adamant that the time for trials are over and it’s time to buy, cheers.

Hi Ade, in conversation after the meeting Gary did say that John is a leader and it just would not have worked working alongside Adam but Adam left strait after resigning to get back to his family in Ozz and his father passed away within a few weeks don’t think there was any animosity as John said he learnt a great deal bout the business from Adam and all the team.

Very much so John and Karl very approachable and down to earth very different to Adam and previous cfo. they actually approach you unlike Adam who was more aloof.

Been here 4,5 years now so can definitely wait another 12 to 18 months as painful as it’s been.

Was a very positive meeting about 30 people there and l would guess about 15 retail or private investors.

John very approachable and Karl yes going to be another 12 months before we see sales but expect news in the next couple of months John was adamant that they had to deliver results in the next few months, Adam left for genuine reasons but John would not work along side him and wanted to run the show so Adam left, his father did pass away shortly on his return to Australia.

The new team could have sold several crackers but they felt the conditions were not positive for the company so they refused wanting too pursue better terms and conditions.

A question was asked, what all the staff were doing the reply was staff numbers have been reduced slightly due to normal movements etc but many have moved over to take on different roles helping out on the cracker side of the business.

John and Garry Bullard both stated that their would not really be an issue with a fund raise and that could be achieved without to much dilution although, and also that there was little chance of a buy out.

I feel that John is determined to get sales over the line sooner than later and doing a great job, Mike spoke about the cracker they have quite a few large conglomerates knocking on the door looking and training staff on its uses just a 1% of potential sales would bring in millions and it’s likely to be far in excess of that 1% figure.

I know we’ve heard it all before but there really is a big change and a management that is going to deliver in the short term, I’m not selling and am happy to see results under johns leadership in the next 12 months he’s out to make it happen.

Yes, I’m going, nothing like seeing them all in the flesh will be interesting too see and meet new management.

Give the bloke a chance, I’m sure he’s getting to know the company without you constantly going on about introducing himself, it will happen all in good time.

Just thinking, it’s going to be an interesting AGM how he deals with all that’s gone on in the past and how he’s going to take this forward, roll on April.

My point is that everyone has and is justified an opinion and should be respected for that, but constant bla bla from either side is tedious and infantile, and just wouldn’t happen if real identities were revealed, any way as said many times good luck to us all.

Evening all, l don’t post too much but tonight l just want to reiterate what l have said on many occasions a company (any company ) don’t increase their staff by 300% in twelve months just to have them standing about doing nothing, common sense, thank you and good evening enjoy the news.
