RE: π₯ On a run...β¬οΈ22 Apr 2026 13:21
Ai explains it nicely....
What Level 2 (L2) is
It shows the order book for a share or asset beyond the basic bid/ask price. You can see:
Multiple buy orders (bids) at different prices
Multiple sell orders (asks/offers) at different prices
Market makers / exchanges posting quotes
Depth of demand and supply
Why traders use it
L2 can help spot:
Support levels (lots of buyers below current price)
Resistance levels (lots of sellers above current price)
Potential short-term momentum
Spread tightening/widening
Example
If a stock is 100p:
Buyers: 99.8p, 99.7p, 99.5p
Sellers: 100.2p, 100.4p, 100.5p
That gives a better picture than just β99.8 / 100.2β.
