Shares in issue have now been updated to 1.01b so the result of the issuing of shares has now been completed. Time for the release of SEA-VOO and a re rate! GLA

Let’s hope they appoint a new director who’s know to the AI world for delivering the product, we can all hope

I regularly check companies house and the website of EVOO, I’ve noticed this morning both Gordon Radley and Tweedie Brown who were both appointed last year have had their appointments terminated?

For me it’s because it’s close, why would they restart the website with no changes? If they are predicting a long wait then they would surely highlight that. In my mind they are building a product, once the product is finalised then it will be released. How can the building of the product fail in an AI driven era?….answers on a postcard

The website is back up as normal, no change. At least they are paying the invoice to keep it going, hopefully news soon

The statement says it all….’to conclude’

· Completion of the Financing is expected prior to the end of September 2023 and is intended to sufficiently fund COPL in to the first quarter of 2024 for production growth and to conclude the previously announced joint venture (the "Joint Venture") negotiations.

The shares in issue on the LSE Copl page has been updated today from 547.92m to 696.54m in line with the RNS, not sure whether that means anything but ducks being lined up perhaps?

Yeah, the JV is very close, the website has been updated immediately with the board changes. The company is showing is progressing in lean way and certainly not erratic, gives lots of confidence

A valid point SHouston said this morning, why would James Goozee put in $1.4m into this company to return nothing under a TR1, doesn’t make any sense, this investor in particular is in it to make a massive gain and who knows what’s coming. I’ve been here pre suspension and 80% down but surely this will turn soon. Why complete all the GGS for no gain, doesn’t make sense?
