If Vonk needs to take 12 weeks to provide proof of conditions that frankly are likely 99% already in place he should step down today.
Deramping will get you nowhere here

*prevent pollution from spills
*detect and repair leaks of fugitive emissions from equipment
*calculate emissions from a flare which will burn waste gas
*recover vapour released during storing, transporting or handling of hydrocarbons
*include a pollution incident plan

In short if Vonk wasnt aware of requirements or hadnt already plans in place to deal with the rather minor conditions than he shouldnt be on the top table.
Suspect in reality they're all covered and will be a paper shuffling exercise. Some might say a minor delay but I tend to take the opposite view in that its all systems go upon satisfaction

Appalling lack of information from Vonk. Dressed down 2 weeks ago at the planning meeting described as the worst company Surrey CC had ever dealt with we now see a drifting spiralling SP through lack of communication.
Forget this Bergen nonsense. If they were of the opinion that the SP would rise if they stopped selling (if they are in the first place !) than thats exactly what they would do.
